I absolutely loved my time at Barceló Maya! The Zumba classes were so much fun and energetic with Victor, Manuel and the yoga sessions were the perfect way to unwind. I spent a lot of time relaxing at the Tropical pool bar, which always had great service with Jose Pacab. The staff throughout the resort were incredibly helpful, kind, and always professional. I would like to come next year and have a great time!

Beach site is worst quality I ever experienced on my 4th vacation in Playa del Carmen. Resort personal at front desk, and restaurant, (Japanese restaurant) have no skills for this kind of business. Housekeeping was a good one and we can see they are willing to help you even they can not communicate well. Bartender at the theater was very kind and with professional skills. Landscape is well maintained and looking great!

I love Barcelo
The staff was wonderful the food was very very good I can’t wait to go back the drinks were amazing it was just a great experience and we’re already making plans to come back

Exceptional Resort
The resort where you can experience absolutely everything what is needed during holiday stay. Selection of choices of food, bevarages, activities, animation, night-shows, shops, restaurants, bars (even casino, discoteque) bus transport within resots, go-karts, water activities like jets, banana slider, snorkeling, catamaren,. Large well equipped gym, a lot of basketball courts, large swimmingpools, excellent animation team. The only issue we experienced was related to humidility inside rooms. As consewuesnce of high humid inside room not nice smell was felt.

Excellent, restful, and fun getaway
Great location - midway between Play & Tulum. Beautiful resort with idyllic grounds, great food, gorgeous beach, and lots of things to do (or not!).
