I am currently stopping 15 days. The rooms have coffee machines but I need a kettle for tea. There are 250 rooms serving approximately 500 guests. They only have 2 kettles! Both are in use. Despite patiently suggesting they need more, my approach has been rebuffed. Seemingly an investment of £15 - £20 will dent their profits too much to be accommodated. Client satisfaction is secondary. I am always wary of businesses with such an approach. In the past wherever I have stayed, I have always been well served, with the establishment wanting satisfied guests. I pass this information on and recommend being wary.

Overall our stay was great, staff was friendly and helpfull when needed. Beds were confortable and we always came back to a clean room. The pool was clean and good tempature. We can't say much about the food at their restaurant as we didn't really try it; other than when we did go in to try them, they didn't have many selections so we opted for room service instead, which was great.

Incredible deal
Beautiful hotel less than 20 min from airport. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Free parking. Secure access to your floor. Highly recommend this hotel. Sign up for loyalty program even if for just one night.

Although very good in some aspects, lacks key features to make a stay memorable. Stay there only for sleeping and shower and you'll be fine. Other than that it won't be a good experience.

Bathroom door would not close, air conditioner broken!
We have stay in this hotel for the past 8 yrs, we use the premium floor and this time all was different. Broken Bathroom door, air conditioner, phone. Room was not ready at 3pm, we fly over 12 hours to get to this hotel and want to get to our room right away to rest! Had to go to their restaurant to wait, so we ordered 4 coffee and desert, coffee was cold and they never got my desert! Amazing!! They later send my desert to the room? What for!!
