    Please avoid.

    This resort is unsafe and poorly run. The taxi driver was late. The return driver was a numbskull. We waiting 1.5 hours for a lunch of salad and a sandwich. That lunch never came. The illegal vendors on the beach were selling drugs instead of the usual hats. The only had like 12 chairs at the beach.

    Great experience!

    We had a great stay at Bay Gardens! Nikel in the restaurant was fantastic. Great service and genuine amazing people! I highly recommend this resort.

    Lovely Beach Resort

    Visiting St. Lucia was an incredible experience. The beach resort was absolutely beautiful and truly worth visiting if you’re staying at the other Bay Gardens properties. We also had a great time dining at the Hi Tide restaurant, the atmosphere and food were both excellent. I especially want to recognize Nikel, the restaurant supervisor. He was friendly, warm, and welcoming, and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. His hospitality really elevated our experience and made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this!

    Great for families

    Although the resort does need some updating, the staff, food, an overall experience made up for it. This was the first time traveling out of country with our four-year-old and the staff was so lovely. I need to mention Miss Candi. She was so amazing with my son, got him out of a meltdown, fed him and loved him like her own. The staff was so warm and welcoming, helped with recommendations for things to do and places to eat. We took a walk almost every night to the shopping area and always felt safe. The pool is great for little kids, my son even learned to swim there. The beach is also perfect, on a nice quiet cove. My son was too small to use the waterpark, but he didn’t mind because there were so many other things for him to do. The food was also excellent. My husband and I have traveled to many places and this was by far some of the best food we have had. I have a lot of food allergies and they were so great with my allergens and I had a wide array of things to eat for breakfast lunch and dinner. I do wish they had a snack bar opened when food service was not available, but it was a quick walk to the supermarket and the rooms had mini fridges to accommodate snacks. Overall, we had an absolute amazing time and cannot wait to return.

    Highly recommend this resort

    The room was clean bed was very soft and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Remember to bring your water bottle it will come in handy
