Bay Gardens Beach Resort
I went during a construction and renovation time. Nevertheless, the space was comfortable. Yes, certain upgrades are required regarding the bathrooms (showers, structure, etc) , and power for electrical use. Room was comfortable. I wish staff would have been more engaging. I made the best of the trip.

My first time at the Bay Garden Resort and Spa
Michelle from reservations was amazing, her customer service was on point. Curlis and the front office team on the day of check-in the 27th, was amazing, sang happy birthday for my partner and Curlis gave us a great tour of the property and took photos for us. Dimitrius from the bell hop department gave great service, carried our bag to the room and a quick tour of the room was given. Teddy the bartender amazing drinks, good energy and personality. Konelle the chef, he's doing great things in the kitchen. Yannick kept making sure we had drinks, food etc. So on the not so good part of it. We got to the resort around 4 pm and the room was not ready. We were escorted by Curlis to the bar, whete we had drinks and then was informed the room was available around 5:30pm, an hour and a half after it should of been ready. The balcony ( includes the furniture and floor) was covered with dry hard bird droppings. I looked over to the room next to us and saw that balcony was also covered in dry, hard bird droppings as well. That was very disgusting and disappointing. I was assigned room 509.. House Keeping needs to be spoken to. I work at a all inclusive hotel in the north with same star ratings and I believe when booking an all inclusive hotel I shouldn't have to pay for watersports. The package only came with the room,drinks and food nothing else, not even a bottle of wine or champagne in the fridge, just water. Where I work everything is included apart from privates. Hope this helps improve the resort and overall service.

Beautiful, on the beach, pool; live music; flexible food options; excellent suits
Very nice hotel, beautiful landscaping, right on the beach. There is also a pool. Live music each night with singers/dancers. There are laundry facilities in each building for regular rooms. Flexible options to add breakfast, breakfast and dinner, or all three meals. The suites have full kitchens with a coffee-maker, microwave, refrigerator, and washer-dryer. One caveat to be aware of right now is that, as of November 2025, there was a construction project at the end of the resort and some small renovation works, but it was quiet and did not bother me at all.

Great Staff. Perfect Location. Rooms need improvement.
Perfect location. Friendly & Kind Staff. Ongoing construction next to the rooms without any warning prior to booking. Bathroom sink was leaking, hot water was not working. No elevators available. Hence inaccessible to the disabled.

No burgers!
Nikel makes this review a 4 star because of his professional skills and genuine care to hospitality. I was upset after waiting 30 mins for a burger I ordered and was told 30 mins later the kitchen had no burgers. Was so upset hangry and needed food after drinking rum all day! I left to get Dominoes pizza. Nikel listen to my concern and was very understanding. Although it was days later when I met him he was still very courteous compassionate and understanding. It should not have taken 30 mins for kitchen to let my server know know they didn’t have my order. Thank you Nikel for your professionalism and care we need more supervisors like you in the hospitality industry.
