  Bombon was absolutely awesome. He was a great MC for the entertainment nights. Great resort and even better staff. Would highly recommend staying here! Barbara parades exelente

  If you have a booking up until April 2026 cancel as fast as you can!

  This resort is awful! Let’s start with the facilities. The rooms are musty, the beds are hard and the a/c is either full blast or if you don’t want to wake up freezing must be left off. The power has gone out at least 3x in 4 days (longest was 1hr) but that shuts down the water pumps, read no toilets. Good luck having a hot shower at peak times such as around supper. The VIP section is anything but. You get a sash on your room which is the same as a regular room along with welcome fruit tray and a bottle of champagne. You have 1 bar at least 300M from the pool that has some light snacks all day and brand name liquor. No wait staff around the pool. However this VIP lounge is the only place we found any staff we enjoyed. A lovely server/bartender named Magdalena who is always cheerful, kind and quick with her service.No ashtrays pool side you go to the ashtrays at the pool entrances. You have a section at the buffet that the only difference is pillows on your seats. The à la cartes (2/night of 3 total) do not take reservations. The only way you can possibly get a table is to pre buy a bottle of wine ($30-$100 USD). It is a free for all with inconsistent service. The menu does not change in these. The management and front desk staff are condescending and anything but friendly. When people brought up concerns about when the power went out and toilets not working, they dismissed it and said “they are working on it”. One of the managers of the VIP said I was being rude when I was being honest about the lack of service at her resort. There are stores surrounding the lobby and you are basically accosted by employees on site to shop within them. My advise? Rebook/cancel your holiday now! The beach is full of garbage, and one end has cows and the mess that comes with them on one end.

  Very friendly

  Just finished 11 nights and this resort was nice . The staff was very friendly, there was great dancing every night . The entertainment staff had games everyday . If you get a chance see bonbon from the entertainment crew and ask for his signature whistle .

  Good food nice pool but not much else

  Rooms were okay but staff did not do thorough sweeping of rooms. They. changed the sheets and towels Power went out twice while we were there and they were quick to fix the thermostat to get our A/c back working. Food was good in the buffet. Lots of choices. Pool is big and pool bar staff are quick and friendly. Beach is not that inviting at all. No beach huts to sit under and the beach had litter everywhere. They raked every day for the weeds but did not do a very good job at all with cleaning up the litter. Internet is not available in the rooms and spotty when you are in some of the buildings. Good coffee was non existent. One thing they cannot control was the number of smokers at this resort. It was like vacationing back in the 1980's - so many smokers. That was not nice especially when they smoked in covered areas where the no smoking signs were posted. I wish staff would have told people to stop smoking in these areas but they did not. Staff at front counter not very friendly. Gym has the bare minimum of equipment It wasn't an expensive stay but even at that we will not return. Lots of people do come back here but we seriously cant figure out why.
