Went to SunScape Coco PC for 7 th time( 4 th time as a Hyatt property ) with my husband and friends( their 1 st time) to celebrate our 50th Anniversary ! A very very big Thankyou to Grismar( Customer Service Manager) for assisting us to have a most amazing experience- from our requests about room location( building 1 in SunClub King Ocean Front premium suites to assisting us with ease of check in, champagne and fruit meat tray on arrival, Romantic beach anniversary dinner and generally her quick response to emails. Returning was like returning to see a “ family” Juan at reception desk in Sun Club was such an asset with his consistent smile and assistance. Thank you and much appreciation to Elvin in Sun club- he is truly a professional- happy and always friendly , assisting to your every need. We all truly appreciate you my friend!thank you also to Juan B, Prescious and Pedro at Sun Club beach bar! You have all become part of our hearts and family. We also wish to express our gratitude to Sun Club Kaleidoscope buffet workers- Raquel ( her smile and Excellant service day in and day out- always making us laugh and getting our morning mimosas- Rosemary, Ashley, Martina and Evelyn, thank you for your hard work, smiling faces and special thank you to Ariel at the reception at the Sun Club Kaleidoscope - you are truly one of a kind. Great SunClub Experience
We just returned from a one week stay at Sunscape COCO. We enjoyed the trip, it was budget friendly and the quality met our expectations. We enjoyed the benefits of the SUN CLUB (VIP) experience and would highly recommend this option if staying. The staff was friendly and hospitality was good. Food was good and there were many options. The buffet was typical all inclusive buffet. The Tiki Taco and Tapanachi were a great treat. We also enjoyed the upgraded dinner on the beach which was a nice addition to an already amazing week. The rooms and grounds were clean and the SPA was a huge hit. There are some truly friendly staff that go above and beyond Katerin at the VIP beach bar was the best and all were very accomodating and friendly. It would be nice if some staff had better english but it worked. The staff in the gift shop were the only ones that set a weird tone. There is so much to do and see and eat at this location a one week stay with a few scheduled excursions was a perfect combination of fun and relaxation.
