Great place made better by their staff.
The attention to guests is the best. This people treated us like family and made their best efforts to make is have the best experience. Thanks to Cruz Gerez, Yurke Sanchez & Jesusa Sanchez for all your attention in the Sunclub Bar. Also Carlos Manuel Reyes (Kaleidoscope) for your excellent service and making us feel right at home. This is our second stay here and it is because of you! Kudos to this amazing staff members.

I’ve stayed at three different resorts in Punta Cana, and this was by far the worst experience. The rooms and hotel grounds were acceptable, nothing special, but fine. Working out at the bare minimum gym felt like working out in a sauna because they didn’t have AC in the back of the room. Everything else was a letdown. The food was plentiful, but barely edible. Quantity over quality across the board. The staff technically existed, but that’s about it. No initiative, no engagement, and no real service. The check in staff in particular looked like they didn’t want to be there and were unhelpful when I asked basic questions. If your goal is to grab a lounge chair and lie on the beach all day without interacting with anyone, this place will probably work for you. For anything beyond that, expect the bare minimum. I’m definitely never coming back and wouldn’t recommend this resort to anyone looking for a well run or welcoming experience.

Good
Our house keeper was awesome Jocalina. She made different things on our bed and put flowers on it. We always had plenty towels and bath rags . Our water and drinks were always stocked .Our room was clean and we didn’t want for anything..We didn’t have a line when we checked in at Sun Club. And everything was done quickly. We scheduled private transportation to the resort . We got there quickly. Rosa the bartender on the beach was friendly and very good. Micheal the cook in kaleidoscope was very good and friendly always had a smile on his face and very happy and polite. Edgar the bells man is the main reason we have been to this resort 5 times He has always been good to us since the very first time we visited it when it was belived resort He went above and beyond his job to make our stay a very happy one and his English really helps communication there . He is a very good friend . Alex is a really good bells man also .

secret and bombon were one of my favourite staff members the entertainment was on point i’d definitely want to comeback
secret and bombon were very entertaining and make the game fun water aerobics is very lively. all the entertainment staff were amazing i the dances were so fun to participate in.
