    Don’t eat, but fine

Great spot. Amazing customer service. AWFUL food… I’ve been starving for close to 48 hours… no place to even get a snack. It’s not edible. Be prepared for that please. Spa is worth the price though

    Must come and visit

What can I say about this place? The food is A☆ and the staff couldn't do anymore to make you feel welcomed and attended to. If you are looking for a hidden delight, don't look further than the Bel Jou.

    Amazing!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect Stay – Bel Jou Saint Lucia Me and my friend Nik have just come back from an 11-day stay at Bel Jou Saint Lucia, booked at the start of the year for my 50th. Honestly? Best decision we’ve made in ages. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like absolute royalty — they even knew our names and room number on day one. It’s the smallest all-inclusive on the island, and that’s exactly what makes it feel so personal and so special. The staff were out of this world. Dana, the Front of House manager, was an absolute star — warm, organised, and genuinely caring. Joulie the chef… wow. Every single meal was a win. Princess was pure energy and had everyone up dancing. And Mikey looked after us like family, especially after our little ATV mishap — their concern was genuine and comforting. A huge shoutout to the gardeners, who worked themselves silly keeping the grounds immaculate and putting up decorations, and to the maintenance/housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless. You could see the pride in everything they did. And the bar team — legends. Everyone behind the bars deserves credit, but especially Kayah on the rooftop bar. That man had patience of a saint. He put up with me and Nik most nights coming back for “just a little snack to take to the room,” poor guy! Rooms: Spotless, comfy, and genuinely lovely to come back to. Food & Drink: Top-tier all-inclusive. • Breakfast 7–10 • Coffee shop snacks 10–12 • Buffet lunch 12–2 • Lagoon Bar food 12–5 (honestly unreal) • Dinner from 6.30 Plus the free-to-book fine dining — definitely worth doing. Local spirits were great, wine was very good, and cocktails went down far too easily. Late-night bonus: From 9pm to midnight, the rooftop terrace served truffle chips, nachos, wings, mozzarella sticks and more — all wrapped up to take back to the room. Dangerous but glorious. Extras: Free shuttle to the local town, plus a bus just five minutes away. Being up on a hill means peaceful vibes and gorgeous views. We went for my 50th — just me Nic and my friend Nik — and the whole team made it unforgettable. Bel Jou isn’t just an all-inclusive; it’s the kind of place where you feel part of the family. Five stars without hesitation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Great stay in Bel Jou

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful I can’t list everyone because everyone was so nice. Princess was brilliant so helpful and great fun, Tanika at the pool bar was a delight and our mini bus driver was so courteous and friendly. The food was really good - plenty of choice for most. We ate in the a la carte restaurant twice and that was lovely too. The hotel was spotless and a lovely spot with great views over Castries. Shuttle bus into town and the beach were ideal. There was entertainment every night which was good as there wasn’t anything close by if that’s what you wanted. It varied from some bands, solo singers and Caribbean night had a steel band and dancers. I would recommend to my friends 100%

    Spectacular

Our first time experiencing the delights of this warm and friendly hotel. Every single member of staff goes out of their way to make your stay perfect, nothing is too much trouble. The food in the Verandah restaurant was top class. Lots of choice and variety at every meal. The Hummingbird restaurant has to be booked and has a choice of starters, mains and desserts. The food was spectacular! BBQ night is a Thursday with a steel band, Limbo and Fire blowing. Entertainment every night, a band, solo singer, disco and Karaoke…..The staff all join in! If you prefer something quieter the roof top bar has amazing views to relax. Two pools with plenty of sun beds. The beach and Castries is accessible via the complimentary shuttle bus, a lady on the beach is there to look after your belongings but you need to pay for any drinks and food, the main town of Castries has a market and lovely church, you will only need 1-2 hours there. The hotel rooms are all spacious and clean, It is built into a hill so there are a number of steps up and down to the restaurant, bars and pools so if you have any mobility issues take note. We really have had the most wonderful 10 days at this hotel. We rarely go back to hotels preferring to try somewhere different but this could be an exception to the rule! Thank you to each and every member of staff at this amazing hotel for making our holiday so memorable.
