  Great All Inclusive

  The only thing that could be improved upon would be to bring in a more local Oaxacan show, to truly demonstrate the Oaxacan culture. The performers were great, but the show wasn't a reflection of Oaxaca, but more so of a mixture of cultures. We were hoping to see something that would reflect local culture. Aside from that, the resort was excellent with things to do for everyone and excellent access to the beach (Niru). I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to experience some real authentic local food and to check out Huatulco.

  Beautiful and cozy hotel

  The hotel is very nice , clean the majority of the staff was nice,the only thing is like the food was not that great not very flavorful, otherwise everything was perfect. I will go back for sure 😀. Also It would be nice to be able to book twice for the specialty restaurant .

  Beware of this all inclusive

  Our stay at this all-inclusive resort was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. This was supposed to be a relaxing vacation, but it turned into one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The rooms are very outdated and had a bad smell as soon as we walked in. The air conditioning unit leaked water, and the shower drain was clogged, making it unpleasant to use. Overall, the property feels old and poorly maintained. The food was another major disappointment. The quality was poor, and the aguas frescas and fresh juices were so watered down that they barely had any flavor. What concerned me the most was the lack of food hygiene. There were flies all over the food, especially at the omelet and quesadilla station. I even reported it to a staff member because it was disgusting, but nothing seemed to be done about it. The worst part of our stay happened at checkout. We were falsely accused of stealing decorative bed scarves that had actually been removed by housekeeping several days earlier. Instead of investigating the situation, the staff called security and repeatedly insisted we were responsible. We felt like we were being detained and pressured to pay. We eventually paid just to avoid missing our transportation and flight but the way we were treated was humiliating. Being accused in front of other guests and having staff raise their voices at us was embarrassing and completely unacceptable. Customer service should never make paying guests feel like criminals without proof. We left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and shocked by how the situation was handled. I would not recommend this resort. Between the outdated facilities, poor food quality, unsanitary conditions, and the unacceptable treatment we received at checkout, this was not the relaxing vacation we paid for.

  Terrible experience

  Hello,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at this hotel. As a family of 16, we had a particularly unpleasant stay. Upon arrival, we discovered that the property was in a state of disrepair. All of our rooms had a persistent sewer odor, and the air conditioning unit was leaking water onto the floor, posing a safety hazard. Additionally, the food was subpar, and flies were present in the dining area. The most alarming incident occurred when 14 of us checked out. Two of our family members, who had their flight two hours later, were confronted by the hotel staff and held h0stage . They claimed that in my parents’ room, two bed scarves were missing, and they demanded payment before leaving the hotel. The staff used prof@nity and blocked the main entrance to intimidate them. It is utterly unacceptable that my two family members were subjected to such an ordeal for an incident they had no part in. If they had suspected anything was missing, they should have reported it to me and used my credit card on file, instead of resorting to such behavior. Furthermore, the front desk receptionist, Jennifer and Fatima, were rude and unprofessional and many other staff members . They screamed prof@nity at my family and har@ssed a taxi driver who was waiting for my two family members. The driver had to leave the hotel due to the fear of the hotel staff. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when booking a stay at this hotel. The front desk staff’s behavior is unacceptable, and there are witnesses who can attest to the treatment my family received.

  Terrible service

  I stayed here and had booked for 4 days. My wife and I got sick when we arrived and decided to shorten our stay to 2 days only after talking to the frontdesk. They agree to refund for the remaining 2 nights so we left and took a 2 hr taxi to the closest airport to take our flight and now my bank says the hotel won't agree to refund and changed their mind.
