Before choosing this hotel we took on the task of researching a little and the reality is that we saw very good reviews so we were encouraged. We arrive and from the moment they receive you in the Lobby you feel an unparalleled warmth and have a very particular greeting, the attention and explanations of Nelly during Check in is excellent, who welcomes you with some delicious truffles and a very refreshing drink. The bellboy took us in a golf cart to the room and was always very attentive and careful with our luggage (both on arrival and departure). From beginning to end we were not extremely satisfied, the spa is a quiet and quiet place, my wife decided to take a massage and left more than fascinated, in the same way we took the swim in the cenote, we were kindly attended by Majo and Monica who also showed us how to feed the iguanas, Pepe and camellia. The cacao ceremony is another incredible experience that I recommend you to live, as they explain a lot about Mexican culture. At the same time I cannot fail to mention the excellent food and the excellent service provided in the restaurant and the pool. We found it a totally pleasant stay and different from other hotels, you can find an incredible harmony between the natural and the modern, together with excellent service.

Beautiful property with excellent service
Beautiful property that is well maintained. The best experience I have had in Cancun! The staff are the best part of this resort. They were extremely professional and service oriented. They took every effort to ensure we had a fabulous trip and stay. They all work well together and create an excellent environment to be in! On our last day we were sad to leave. We plan on coming back our next time in Cancun!

A pleasant stay
A pleasant stay, the people are extremely friendly, we really loved the service and the spacious room. We took the temazcal with Mariajose and Monica, who took us to a different experience that takes you to a very good state of meditation, my wife and I enjoyed it, at all times they were attentive to our needs since I have a slight respiratory problem and although the activity is very hot the aromatic herbs helped me a lot, At the end they gave us a whey that was very tasty and a plate of fresh fruits. In the same way the beach and the views they have are wonderful, they also have a place where you can book to snorkel in the sea and it is incredible. Now if we talk about the food everything is incredible, the waiters are always friendly. We are very happy.

Very poor service. Unfriendly staff. Fridges in all rooms do not work. No porters to transfer luggage to rooms Breakfast,not variety very limited. Rooms have a moldy smell Cannot communicate with staff ,no English. Plug points loose. Service stinks
