  Summer 2026

  My family and I stayed at a blue aruba rental in June. We had the top floor. Beautiful rooftop. The apartment was very nice. Large bedrooms. Plenty of space good location. . The host responded right away The kitchen did not have much supplies Except dish soap. They should put some things like spices. Atleat salt and pepper. And aluminum foil . And a spray to clean. Other then that. We enjoyed the apartment very much.

  Beautiful accommodations at a great price

  Great accommodations at a reasonable price. We stayed in Blue Azura in a 2bed/2bath ocean front room. Our daughter has celiac so having a kitchen where I can make her food if we wanted was important. The rooms are so clean, beautiful and big in comparison to hotels and other condos I have stayed at in other areas. Every morning we watch the staff clean the pools, clean the lobby, and just take pride in keeping this place up. The hot tub is huge and yes even in 80+ degree weather it was very enjoyable. We have not had any complaints with our stay here and we will definitely come back!

  Units 421 unsafe horrible management response

  We had to miss dinner reservation, having maintenance in our room three separate times and having to wait until mid day the third day to have it finally resolved. We were there only 5 days and had three days interrupted one by an HVAC issue and 2 from water leaking into our room at 10:30 at night. These were but related issues by the way . To confirm we had Sunday, Monday and Tuesday that involved maintenance people in our unit and water coming through our ceiling in the middle of the night. In addition the next day no one from operations or maintenance reached out to us I had to go ask for help again and the maintenance manager hadn’t even been notified from the night before even though we were time this had occurred. They offered a $201.00 credit which is not acceptable when 3 out of 5 days including an entire night were ruined. They also had a security officer tell us they would be calling the emergency maintenance number and would respond that night which never happened. We waited up until after midnight and had to use a bucket to catch water all evening. This was not the trip we signed up for or paid for. We said we like to speak with the owners the unit or the management company as soon as possible but got no response. Having water coming through an electrical socket was not safe.

  Blu Rentals

  Our rental was on 2nd floor. We had a nice view of pools and ocean. The apartment was comfortable although furniture was low to the ground. We had a full kitchen with all you need but no bbq. And no communal ones. Could have rented one for $25 for 2 nights. We ate our dinners out. There are lots of pubs and restaurants a short cab drive away. The pools are nice but fill up quickly. These condos are a bit out of the way of all the action but close enough it's not a problem. Fairly quiet.

  Blue residence 2/2026

  We stayed at blue Aruba for 4 days in feb 2026. When we arrived the door had marks where someone had tried to break in condo and the lock was loose and not secured. We checked in after 6pm and the clerk at check in desk was gone for the day . We put a chair under door knob when we went to sleep to insure security for us. My husband reported the issue to front desk the next day and showed her a picture we took. We continued going to bed with chair at door for security . 2 days later someone came to temporarily fix situation, so we would feel safe sleeping at nite. Apparently , blue residence didn’t care about it or didn’t care if felt unsafe at their place. We go to Aruba yearly and will never rent from blue residence again . The room was beautiful , had a beautiful view of ocean but we felt unsafe
