This was our second girls trip to Bluebay and it was amazing, as expected! The staff here are all so friendly and welcoming and they do their best to ensure you have a wonderful trip. I love how this is a smaller resort and adult only. The beach is beautiful, food is good, and front desk staff are quick to help with requests. The rooms are old but they serve their purpose, we had everything we needed, no complaints. Pool needs a little TLC. Special shout out to Pablo at the lobby bar, he made us the yummiest shots and drinks! Every single one was amazing! Also want to mention the animation team - they are all so much fun, always smiling and encouraging everyone to join in. The daily activities and games and nightly shows are very enjoyable and we were happy to see that they still had all of this going on. The entertainment at the resort and fun atmosphere that the animation team creates is awesome and the reason we will keep coming back!

We were there from Nov 21-30 for our 2nd time, and will most definitely be returning next year for our annual girls trip. This resort has it all! Complete package: great food, all day fun full activities, nightly shows and themed nights! The staff are incredible, always making sure everyone is having a good time. The beach is stunning, take a short walk down the beach, and you can feed the fish directly from the shoreline. This resort is not a large resort (which we love) easy and quick to get around. There is 3 a-la-cartes (Italian, seafood & Chinese) all are sooo yummy. There is something for everyone at these restaurants. A few downfalls to the resort, is the key cards randomly stop working (front desk would help us without any issues). the rooms are on the smaller side, but we didn’t spend to much time in them so it didn’t bother us. There is something updates that need to be done, tiles in pool are coming loose, the lights in the pool were broken/coming out of the sockets. The resort is dated when you really pay attention to detail, but again we didn’t care about any of this, as we feel vacation is what you make of it and we feel like it was decently priced for the vacation and weren’t expecting it to be a 5+ star. There is a lot of Return guests at this resort, and everyone is so friendly!

Good vibes
If I need to say anything best about this place… Is the Entertainment team and the staff. Lissette , michel ,loreilay , Pablo , iris, Elizabeth, Andy, Felix , emperatris y Yuliana … and anyone else I can’t remember… you will not be disappointed. All food was great. For a la carts, Italian, sea food then Chinese, but every night, the buffet changes and all are great. We were here for two weeks and never got tired of the food. Treat yourself and get pampered.

Trip with brother and wives. This is our 3rd time here.

We booked the Blue Bay Villas Doradas for a couple of birthdays. The entire staff was absolutely incredible! A few that stand out are Luis and Edwin who are there working to entertain and make sure guests enjoy the amazing shows they put on. Carlos in guest services was fabulous and made sure we had all the information we needed to acquire the off resort amenities we wanted. If you are looking for a beautiful, relaxing resort with delicious food, excellent entertainment and over the top staff, I highly recommend booking.
