  A great way to start the year

  This was our third visit to the Body Holiday and it was just as good as before. Getting away from the UK in January to somewhere warm is always great, but it is the range of activities on offer that make the place so special - including morning walks, tennis, sailing, yoga and beach fit. However, we have some concerns about the future. On the positive side, there was talk of building a padel court plus some pickle ball courts (at present one of the 2 tennis courts is occasionally used for pickle). The concern is that there is currently huge staff turnover, particularly in Activities. Many of the staff were open about plans to leave following cuts in benefits and unhappiness with management. The resort was only around 65pc occupied in January which should be a peak month and if there are significant further staff departures the guest experience will inevitably decline in future. We hope to go back next year but will keep an eye on reviews. One other thing to note is that you should not even try to use the Webroom, which is completely useless and will lead to major frustrations. Restaurants/taxis can be booked in advance via reception, while treatments can be organised on arrival.

  Everything is incredible! A must see

  I had one of the best vacations of my life at BodyHoliday recently. After my mom passed away last year, my two sisters and I planned to do a family trip in her honor. While I had been at BodyHoliday before. This was special. Everything about the resort is unique and beautiful; the scenery, the daily activities such as walks in nature, water sports, beach fitness. The daily afternoon tea was a special treat. The food is delicious and they pay close attention to food allergies like gluten. The General manager welcomed us and made a point to come to our table at dinner and say hello. The staff are so friendly and Some have been working there for years. The stay was incredible. The daily treatments is the best part! Aloe wraps, head and food massage, serenity massage, ginger line scrub. WOW. Only one small disappointment; when I went before they would bring a breakfast tray and coffee to your room at a chosen time. This service has unfortunately stopped. They do have a Nespresso machine and a wellness cafe that does amazing smoothies and GF pastries. BodyHoliday is a definite go to for me and they definitely live up to their promise, Give us hour body and we will give you back your mind. I came back rejuvenated and serene.   A family reunion and wellness retreat

  There were six of us - all siblings and spouses. We were easily accommodated at all meals. The meals were beautiful and catered to every diet - so everyone felt well. The treatments and the flexibility around the treatments meant that everyone was pampered in exactly the way they wanted. The activities were an excellent mix of outdoor sports and inner journey. The natural environment is so awesome we spent a lot of time just gazing at the horizon but the built environment created a lot of space for easy gathering and conversation.

  Your body your holiday

  Wonderful holiday. Guests and staff lovely. Choices to do activities, classes or have treatments all day or relax by the pools, beach or beautiful ocean. No pressure. Food wine cocktails delicious. Lots of choice. Loved the steel band and saxophonist. We relaxed and enjoyed everything minute.

  Perfect in every possible way

  After 11 years I returned to TheBodyholiday and found it even more magical than I had expected- the beach, the sea, the food and the classes and treatments were fabulous! Most of the staff were brilliant with a few exceptions at the spa reception - however, the spa manager made sure that my experience was not affected by that, thank you! We went on some boat trips - snorkeling and sunset cruising- which were well organised and great fun. We also took advantage of the watersports on the beach and swam to the little local reef in the hotel's bay. The bedroom was well appointed and perfectly clean (4th floor) and well insulated from the outside where the ?crickets ?frogs were having a full song and dance in the evenings...once the balcony door was closed there was nothing to disturb a blissful sleep, thank you to all at the Bodyholiday for my wonderful week, I will definitely be back!
