Amazing!
My experience was a 10/10 amazing we had a massage with Susy and Betty wowwwwwwww we loved it! The food and service was beautiful the suites clean and impeccable! Cant wait to come back

My girlfriend and I were celebrating our anniversary at the resort 8/16 - 8/21. I was blown away and surprised once I stepped foot onto the property. The staff were all amazing! Huge shout outs to Erbey, Franco, Marc, and Miguel. They are awesome servers. They are extremely personable and made our trip better. Making sure we had drinks at all times. The entertainment team also did an amazing job. They kept the environment fun and interactive. Room service and house cleaning did amazing. The staff all works together as a team and kept the experience wonderful and easy. Some things that could have been better…our shower stunk, and reeked whenever we came back into the room. Also, I was really interested in a Thursday morning hike at 7am that was listed on activities on the app. “Meet in front of gym at 7am” me and 3 other guests were waiting from 6:50am until 7:30am. No one showed up. And I ended up leaving and not getting to complete the hike. I also feel like the resort could upgrade to a soda fountain. Any time I didn’t want alcohol and just a coke. The bartenders carried 2 liter bottles. And sometimes I got the flattest soda as if it’s been opened for hours. Overall, just some minor things I would change. I would definitely come back and stay again. I highly recommend this resort. I believe the staff truly cares about our stay.

Few restaurants open at a time. Fitness centre terrible and the fact the sauna and other amenities are extra fee with the cost of this resort insanity.
