Jan 26, 2026Amazing Resort and Experience!
Breathless is an amazing resort! The facilities are great and the entertainment and atmosphere are top notch! Many people complain about food at all inclusive resorts and sometimes the meals were fantastic and others undesireable but we weren't there to eat. We were their for sun, relaxation, fun and entertainment. Mission accomplished and we will return!

Great resort
This was.my sister and my second visit in 2025. A big part of why we returned was our concierge Yimi Ramos who happily was our concierge again. He is always friendly, helpful, taking care of any issues we had pop up. The resort is beautiful, great food and everyone is so nice. Super friendly bar staff, as well as xhale club restaurant. Lobby entertainment early evening was really enjoyable.Our only feedback is we wished the leaves/area for the individual swim up pool was trimmed back a bit providing a bugger area. I’m hoping to visit again in May and will ask for Yimi again!

Unfortunately, this was not a good experience, especially for the price. Check-in was a nightmare. I went through multiple issues and could not get clear help from staff. Emails went unanswered, and it felt impossible to get support when it mattered most. For how expensive this resort is, the value just isn’t there. I’ve stayed at many all-inclusive resorts and paid much less while receiving far better service and overall experience. The bed was very uncomfortable, the DJ had very low energy and didn’t engage the crowd at all, and the overall atmosphere was disappointing. I also heard from multiple people that the food at the neighboring resort was significantly better. I would not recommend this resort and would not return.

Excellent Staff!
Joel our Concierge was Excellent! All the Xhale Staff, including Jarina Murphy was Great! Both Guitar Players at Xhale Pool on the 23rd & 24th were Excellent! Andrea and Eduardo on the Beach were Great Staff! French Restaurant was Enjoyed by our entire Group of 17. Buffets were Good. Hibachi was nothing worth making a reservation. Facilities were Clean and well Maintained!

Jan 24, 2026Loud music? for 6 hours a day that cannot be avoided
If you do not want to be pounded with loud music for 3 hours every afternoon and 3 hours every evening that is all over the hotel and you cannot get away from , then DO NOT COME HERE
