Oct 06, 2026Good, but wouldn't go back
Came to this resort for a bachelorette party. Overall, I liked it, but I would likely not come back again. We upgraded to the Exhale Club benefits, and while we really liked the Exhale Club overall all the drinks and quality of the drinks were just meh. I expected the resort have higher grade alcohol and experienced bartenders but was disappointed in the overall quality. We felt like the liquor was watered down, and we were not the only ones to think that. Talking with other guests this seems to be the common belief. I don't think it was a matter of putting too much ice in things, it just overall tasted like there was water in the liquor bottles even when we did shots. I liked the overall vibe of the place. It is definitely more of a place to party, which is a perk, but food and drinks wise I would say was just average. The staff is pretty great. We really appreciated Willy as our 'butler' and he was helpful along the way. The shows were surprisingly really good! We enjoyed all the shows/parties that were hosted. I think overall in the group we had higher expectations for the food/drink.

Oct 06, 2026We had a great experience!
The resort is beautiful and well kept. The staff cleaned our room everyday. They were constantly cleaning the pools and common areas. The drinks were great. Our concierge Willy was fantastic, and I highly recommend him. Jendry was also awesome.

One Happy New Yorker
I had such an AMAZING time here. I purchased the Xhale option, and my personal Concierge, Willy, went above and beyond to make my stay a wonderful experience. I purchased a poolside cabana, and Angel did a fantastic job at tending to me, he literally kept my drinks coming, so I never had to look for him. The theme parties and entertainment were great as well. I did experience a slight inconvenience in my room on the second night, but they had maintenance at my door within minutes to rectify the problem, and as a good gesture, the resort gave me a complementary poolside cabana on my last day there. The property was well kept, and the staff were very friendly. 10/10 would highly recommend, and 10/10 would stay here again.
