    Great hotel, terrible services across the board.

    Most bar staff were incredibly rude and were caught multiple times using dirty glasses to make other drinks for different people. They must think the later in the night it is, no one would notice. I have been a UVC member for 15 years and will NEVER go back to this resort or ever recommend it to anyone. I can on and on about the bad experience we got especially being club members and noone even cared about the complaints. Resort was very clean and beautiful and entertain was great. I wish i could it’s only a few bad apples but I would 70% of the customer service was terrible.

    Friends Trip!

    The pool activities and service were great. Edwin and Roger made sure we had everything we needed before we even knew we needed it! We also loved chatting with Lidia in the Xhale Lounge - she makes a great Negroni! Pros: Tons of entertainment and good service!!! Cons: Come for the pool, not the beach. The food and drink quality could be better.

    Really enjoyed the resort and service that we were given. The food was amazing at every place we tried and the entertainment was great

    We love Lydia!

    Lydia is incredible nice and makes great drinks! We love her! Get the Lydia special! We had a great time and very good service. Highly recommend.

    Friendly and helpful staff

    Edwin and Roger at the xhale members side were excellent, expedient and attentive. Lidia at the xhale lounge served us the best special cocktail and is energetic. Jesus in the xhale club accommodated our requests too!! The entire staff was super friendly. Thank you!
