  Never Disappoints!

  We just spent our 3rd vacation at Breathless! They never disappoint. Despite having their main pool closed for maintenance for most of time we were there, they'd did an amazing job of accommodating guests in the other pools. Standouts for us were definitely the "pool guys" Edwin, Victor, Rodger, and Daniel. They are so outstanding and part of the reason we keep returning.

  Super friendly staff

  We had a lovely trip and the staff was amazing. Enrique, Louis, and Pascual Wilian Joana were spectacular. They made the trip fun and more personal.

  Amazing staff

  Everything was great! Special shout out to Pascual Willian Joana at Spoon Buffet. He was legit the best waiter I’ve ever had!! Make sure you ask for him! Fernando and Cristian at the main pool bar were amazing as well!!!!

  The Glovers Cancun Experience

  This was the best vacation I've ever had. The grounds were beautiful and well kept and the staff was so friendly a d helpful. I looked forward to them speaking in Spanish when you walked by. The dood was excellent and the drinks were some of the most delicious drinks. They were always made well and refreshing. Nadia outside pool waiter, Maniel waiter at the Spoon, Noe UVC,Eduardo, Elizabeth hostess, Levit and Henri at the Nook, Mercedes housekeeping were absolutely amazing. They all took such good care of us and made our stay very comfortable. Jesus at the preferred bar is the best he made great drinks he is a skilled mixologist. Samuel at the Fizz, sold us a great bottle of Tequila and Xavier bell hop was so kind and helpful to stop and help us look for our passport. Thanks to everyone there that assisted with us having an amazing experience.

  Great spot for a party

  We had an excellent time at this resort! I've been to 7 different Mexican all inclusive resorts now. Here is the breakdown of the pros/and cons of this one: VIBE: 5/5 spectacular! I was here with a small group of friends for my birthday. We had a BLAST! The pools and entertainment were so much fun. The people crowd was easygoing and we met tons of people. I will say, this is a party resort. If it had been just my husband and I, I don't think we would have enjoyed it as much. Its better for a group of fun friends that want to party and go out. FOOD: 5/5 exceeded expectations! I loved almost everything I ate. The Mexican and Pan-Asian restaurants were especially good. The Nook cafe was a nice touch and I was pleasantly surprised it had multiple tea latte options (as a non-coffee drinker). The only place I did not like was the French restaurant, which had a long wait and the food was ok. ENTERTAINMENT: 5/5 phenomenal! The Britney and fire shows stood out especially. The performers are so talented and we had a ton of fun. We were never bored. The entertainers at the pools were also super high energy and fun. Even the squedgie boy mopping was dancing and singing along to every song the dj played! BEACH: 1/5, this is certainly a resort for the pool. The beach was covered in seaweed despite the resort clearing it once in a while. It is also on a stretch that is somewhat isolated from the other beach areas, which means there's not much beach to walk to. If swimming in the ocean is a must for you, this is not your resort. Also, the seaweed smelled on some days. POOLS: 5/5, great! The 3 pools each had their own vibe. I highly recommend upgrading to Xhale club so you can have access to all of the amenities and pools. Also, the pool chairs are in tight competition. Be ready and grab the good ones early. CROWD: 5/5, super friendly but mostly American. We met one couple from Britain, a few groups of Canadians, and a few groups of Mexicans, but it was definitely a US-heavy crowd overall and felt like being in the US. Lots of people from the South. SPA: 3/5. We enjoyed the hydrotherapy included with our Xhale club stay. I signed up for a mani/pedi, but the manicurist was too rough and nicked a cuticle, so I had to stop the manicure. They comped it but it was still annoying feeling it for the rest of my stay and not having my nails done. ROOM: 4/5. The bed was VERY comfortable. Even my husband, a stickler on beds, was quite happy. The showers were great. Very spacious rooms with good amenities. Cons here: our friends had issues with the lights in their room randomly turning on in the middle of the night and not being able to shut them off. Also, we did not get any bar soap in our room. VALUE: 5/5. For the price paid I think this is a great resort. I will say there are other more premium resorts that I've stayed in, that are more upscale. Everything from the way the space is designed (for example, the breakfast buffet is off to the side and does not have an ocean view) to the tubs in the rooms felt a bit less premium than what you can get at more expensive resorts. But that's fine for the price considering the great atmosphere, party vibe, and delicious food.
