Not a big fan of the hotel rooms. It smelled musky, moldy.. even complained about it at the front desk. Wouldn’t want to come back here .. BUT the service was great!!!! We loved our dinning team Felipe, Mayra, and Nadia!! But Felipe!!! He was the best!!!! His services was incredible. Everyday he accommodated our large party group and attended to us. Making us feel like we mattered. Also shout out to our Andres!!! No one can match his energy!! Without this guy, this resort would be boring. Thank you everyone.

Great experience and an Amazing Staff

Fun Times!! Great views!!
Felipe, Mayra and Nadia at Spoons buffet will always take care of you. They made sure we had a table everyday for breakfast. Our room was wonderful. We were upgraded to an Xhale Club Oceanfront Swimout. They room was always cleaned everyday, fridge stocked and they always came around in the evening to see if you needed any more towels. Had a great time and it was worth every dollar spent. We really did get our money’s worth on this trip. We will back again!!

Felipe, Mayra, and Nadia made my breakfast the best every morning! They were so attentive and asked us to come and sit at the same spot. It made us feel so special like they were only serving us. They were the best!
