    Family reunion

    Had a wonderful family reunion here. Our young son enjoyed all the fun activities catered for all ages. Crazy games in the pool with Adan. Ping pong tournaments with Lupita. Bingo with Valentin. The staff was very attentive and kind.

    Great Staff Experience!

    Adan, Celso, Sophie and Pedro were fantastic! Adan was awesome with activities and interactive, Celso nailed our drinks and food orders each day! Sophie was great running kids club and Pedro was amazing (calm and collect) when my boy got stung by a wasp.

    Fun in the Sun

    Had fun, pool was great and the bar service was excellent! The room was clean and quiet and the lobby was comfortable when waiting for friends.

    Excellent Service All Week

    Celso took great care of us poolside all week as a Privilege Member at Buenaventura Grand. Oscar was also amazing at the bar all week! Excellent service and care from the team all around. Thank you! I’ve noticed staff consistency here year after year and it shows in their commitment to service.
