    Amazing experience at Pto Vallarta

    Food was amazing and room bed felt like clouds, all the staff memebers of the resrot were really friendly and kind, in all of the areas honestly; pool area, front-desk area, managers, restaurant area. everything was so great and amazing, I am eager and looking forward on the next time I'll be able to go.

    Family Trip

    Super fun family trip!!! Beach, sun, pool days, food and drinks!! Jorge Flores, aka “George” was the best!! 5 star service by the pool. Buffet Food needs improvement. Breakfast is pretty awesome, but I wish there was more selection for dinner! I love the location of the hotel!

    All-Inclusive Excellence

    This was an excellent resort. The staff was very friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. The atmosphere was fun. I especially loved the Sky Bar. I will be coming back to this resort. Each meal was delicious and the variety of food was appreciated. Morning Yoga classes with Michelle on the beach were a great way to start the day. The Shakti Spa was one of the highlights of my stay. Miracruz was a very skilled massage therapist and having a relaxing massage while listening the ocean waves was incredibly peaceful. There were many other staff members who made my stay extra special: Donna, Leobaldo, Gloria, Justin, David, Jorge, Josue. . . All friendly and helpful!

    LOVED the staff @ Buenaventura!

    This was our first time staying at an all-inclusive resort and couldn't have been more pleased with the treatment we received at such a reasonable price. I was a bit leery after reading a lot of the negative reviews, but I can assure you, we were treated like royalty, and the staff ALWAYS had a smile on their face. The bartender at the lounge pool, Victor, and Norberto at the front door were definitely our favorites, they went above and beyond for our group.

    Amazing!

    My family and I had an amazing stay here! It is in a great location, close to everything you want to explore in Puerto Vallarta. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I do wish you don’t have to do reservations to the restaurant and it’s open to everyone but the buffet was fulfilling.
