Nov 30, 2025Exceptional Therapeutic Massage from Lidia at the Canopy
This is not our first time in Mexico, but it is our first time in Cancún and at the Canopy, arriving late afternoon on Saturday. I suffer from chronic sciatica, was in pain, and needed a massage on short notice. The staff was able to get me scheduled with Lidia on Sunday morning. I have been obtaining therapeutic massages for more than 30 years, and you never know what skills you will get with a hotel-hosted massage therapist, but Lidia was exceptional. She focused her attention on my trouble spots, and it was immediately clear to me that she knew what she was going—Lidia gave me one of the best therapeutic massages I have ever received. It is unfortunate that we must depart early in the morning for our trip back to the US; otherwise, I would schedule another therapy session Lidia. If we stay at the Canopy again, I will request her services. Five stars for Lidia!

Get the massage from Lidia
Great hotel. Clean spacious room. I didn’t realize they had a spa as well. I scheduled an 80 minute massage the morning before I left and it was incredible. Great work done by Lidia. I highly recommend!

Was amazing I throughly enjoyed my 80 minutes massage! I highly recommend! Lidia was my massage therapist, please book her, super accommodating of my cold natured self.

Lovely stay, friendly staff
We had a really good experience here! The food was amazing and our server (Abraham) was very friendly and funny. He is doing an amazing job, always smiling and positive :)

Good location and food
Great location right next to the mall, and both the steak and the catch of the day at the restaurant were surprisingly good.
