Del Buffet Restaurant is a modern, climatized area, where theme buffets are the agenda for the day, offering gastronomic flavor tours of Colombia, the world and the Caribbean coast. It is fashioned to highlight the vivid colors reflecting the enjoyment of the Colombian Caribbean area, and being likewise, a venue with a panoramic view that allows perceiving the breezy beach in front of the hotel.

    Live an evening near the stars in The 21 Bar, a new spot located at Hotel Capilla del Mar’s 21st floor, designed to get pleasure from good music, exotic cocktails and the best view overlooking most of the Historical old city plus the modern Bocagrande area.  Enjoy a modern atmosphere with special lighting and excellent sound system, our DJ brings to life the highest atmosphere within the city, plus the best crossover musical selection.

    Time schedule: Thursday to Saturday from 7:00 p.m., applicable also to Sundays if the following Monday is a holiday.

    CARBON MONOXIDE LEAK IN ROOM

    CARBON MONOXIDE LEAK IN ROOM Unsafe hotel. People have died from carbon monoxide poisoning. I got out of there as fast as I could. Terrible customer service.

    Terrible Reception Service – Not What We Expected

    The service at the reception was very poor and left much to be desired. The man at the front desk, tall and wearing glasses, treated us disrespectfully during check-in. He spoke to us in a rude tone and made annoyed gestures, as if we were inconveniencing him because the rooms were not ready at 3 p.m. This was especially uncomfortable because we had traveled for around eight hours to get to the hotel and were very tired. Later, when I approached one of the receptionists to ask about a nearby flower shop, he didn’t even allow her to help me. Instead, he yelled at me and told me that the best thing I could do was take a taxi and look for one somewhere else in the city. To make matters worse, when I walked away from the reception, he started mocking me and making inappropriate comments.

    Cartagena’s Finest

    This Hotel in Cartagena is a dream place, I felt so welcomed and all staff working there were really friendly from back of house to front of house, their rooms are impeccable clean and spacious, the restaurant is top notch quality that only serves prime food, the cleaning services were also exceptional and their breakfast options are insanely good, loads of options so you can’t feel bored. I truly recommend this property whilst staying in the city. Thanks for everything

    Three day trip with family. Happy trip.

    Nice people, excellent service, good environment. Near tourist sites, restaurants and old city. Traveling with family is a good a good option. Stayed for 3 days, we enjoyed a lot. Definitely I will recommend this hotel, good price versus quality.
