just now on Google We stayed at the hotel for 11 nights in august 26 (we actually go home tomorrow) thus hotel is beautiful, the staff are amazing, always happy and very welcoming and super friendly.. The beach is beautiful if u can get past the sargassum seaweed, they do try their best to clear it daily but there us so much of it its impossible.. The rooms are spacious and clean, comfy beds.. we did do the upgrade which was worth it our opinion as we got breakfast and lunch daily on the beach and use of the onsite restaurants which do require bookings.. Iffy bits: the buffet food is questionable, same food each night/day.. the food can be dry and over cooked as its leftbout on hot plates,we didn't like it but others may enjoy it so thats just our opinion, as we upgraded we enjoyed the onsite restaurants and a la cart restaurants, they where amazing.. The evening entertainment was abit lack luster.. started late and lasted an hour at most..the beach party was nice and relaxing thou.. Most of the bars close at 10pm every night which we found annoying as we booked all inclusive and to me bars and shops closing so early isnt what we expected In all we did enjoy our holiday very much and would like to return at some point..xx

Very disappointing for a 5-star hotel — I would not recommend it I was very disappointed with my stay at Caribe Princess. For a hotel that presents itself as a 5-star property, the service, communication and especially the way problems were handled were clearly below my expectations. I arrived at 6:00 PM and could not access my room because, apparently, there was an issue with the key lock system. I had to go to reception twice and wait more than two hours. A technician was eventually sent to my room, but he was unable to resolve the problem. After all that waiting, they finally realized that they should simply have given me another room from the beginning. For a 5-star hotel, honestly… not very impressive. I also paid extra for Premium Wi-Fi, but the connection kept dropping constantly. Another issue: a small bath mat was available in some rooms, but not in mine. I did not receive one until Wednesday. Regarding the restaurants, I made a reservation at reception for three rooms, but none of the reservations were properly taken into account. The situation regarding outside guests was also very confusing. I was planning to pay the additional fee to bring in a guest. Initially, I was told that this would be possible for $80. However, later, after I explained where I had met this person, I was told that it was no longer possible. What I also find particularly disappointing is that I only found out on my last day that guests from Caribe Princess have access to the casino and nightclub at the Bávaro Princess. This is information that should have been clearly communicated to guests from the beginning, not something you discover by chance on the last day of your vacation. The biggest disappointment remains the commercial management by Manager Oliver. Despite all these issues, including more than two hours waiting for my room, no commercial gesture or compensation was offered. I do want to sincerely thank Yulian, Felipe and Johanny. 👏 They were professional, friendly and genuinely did their best to make my stay more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the efforts of a few employees cannot make up for the overall experience. For a 5-star hotel, I expected much better communication, service and customer consideration. I personally would not recommend this hotel and I would not return.

Best experience ever!!
Wally G, Welington, Yohancil, Alejandor made the resort experience so much better, amazing workers , made us feel like family and took care of us and our family. Hands down recommend this resort and come see these guys at the main pool bar.
