My family and I ( 15 pax), stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. I was told there are around 1000 staff members working in this hotel so I can't mention them all. They all are happy hard working people that made our stay even better. As a former hospitality worker, I know the effort it takes. Went to the Fogo Restaurant and "Santo" (amongst others), took really good care of us. Gracias por todo.

Great staff and service with a beautiful beach
Beautiful resort with very hardworking staff, especially Francisco every morning at breakfast. He always goes above and beyond to make sure our family is very well taken care of and makes the start of our day wonderful. We were always very happy to see him. Carlos as well, no matter how busy the buffet or restaurant may be he always tends to everyone with the utmost attention and smile. The beach is very well kept and the grounds crew works very hard in the morning to make sure everything is perfect. We are a family of six, they’re are lot of activities for our four kids. Beach volleyball all day, basketball courts, tennis courts, ping pong, not to mention the splash pad / small water park area for our 6 year old, plus the obvious pools and gorgeous beach. Would definitely encourage everyone to visit.

Awesome hotel
This is an honest and upto date account of my holiday to Caribe princess Deluxe From the minute we arrived it truely was an amazing hotel Checkin was flawless your given a band around ya wrist this is your door entry key .... brilliant idea no more carrying cards easy just touch the pad on ya door and boom ya in ! The rooms are clean big and airy air-conditioning is cold showers have rain fall and hand held and powerful and as hot as you like You have a massive 65 inch tv with 100s of channels A fridge with cold drinks in water cola and beer replenished daily Rooms are cleaned daily Room miads are awesome and trust worthy King size bed ....I had best night's sleep for 14 nights Restaurants Main restaurant has everything 5 star service you will not starve Everything is fresh and edible food is amazing On top of buffets you have cooking stations all around with selections of meats and fish Chicken beef lamb veal sea food salmon lobster ships muscles steaks beef burgers etc Ya kids will love it Deserts to suit every person cakes fresh fruit ice cream You are served at your table with water or beer or red wine or white that is devious and not vinegar to taste Soft drinks and spirits whatever u like Plus you have a selection of restaurants around the complex you can also use Italian . Brazilian . Chinese . Japanese. All these are awesome The pools you have 4 to chose from and are all cool but refreshing when the temp is 30 degrees and u need to cool off they become warm 🤣 kids pool has slides etc Let down for all pools No ladders to get out of pool The depth at deep end is 5ft so u either heave yaself out or u swim to shallow end and walk out That's ya choice No life guards visibe at any of pools The beach is an early start if u want a bed i put my towel out at 6.45am cos I new i wouldn't get one at 8am But plus u get to see an awesome sun rise ! The sand is snow white the sea is warm but it's like being in a pool with a wave machine but fun No life guards visible on beach On beach u have sellers but they don't harass you Coconut man is good Parrots and iguarna for pics but haggle ya price Bars These are brilliant all achol is real and local but u will know u been drinking no watered down rubbish I even had a baileys at the swim up bar Foam pool parties beach entertainment nightly entertainment Ya kids will be well looked after I went for 14 nights from 28/12 to 13th/jan Weather was hot but had 2 days of rain but still very hot If I could rate the hotel 20 stars I would best hotel there is It has its own flamingos pelicans ducks king fishers turtles koi carp fish pheasants pehens Grounds are awesome Even has a bus stop so if u dont fancy walking u can get a lift around the complex Bar staff are so happy and helpful Infact all staff welcome u U can upgrade at reception to premium and get a personal butler at beach double sun beds a jacuzzi in ya room and ya own restaurants with premium drinks I didn't upgrade as was happy with the 5 star service I had already Best money to take is Dollars Shops around inside complex are expensive Anyone going if u see a bad review ignore em ...this is the best hotel and won't regret booking

Alejandrina at Fogo restaurant was perfectly trained to offer a great service, she was attentive, check on us several times always smiling and making sure we had everything needed. Very nice atmosphere, be patience takes around an hour and a half to have dinner.
