Despite Puerto Rico law around public beach access security was sufficiently negative and declined access or ability to purchase for access. Instead the need to walk to a nearby public beach with music, bar service and a wonderful afternoon. A loss for Hilton.

Great Hotel!! Nice amenities. The front desk is extremely SLOW and I wasn't happy with their service at all. Hotel lobby bar service was just ok. Morton's restaurant staff was great!! We enjoyed our meal and the service! You will need an UBER if you stay here to get into the Old San Juan and other place. However, I enjoyed my vacation so much!! My favorite experience was the service that Roberto at the hotel pool bar offered. He goes above and beyond for his guest making them feel valued and appreciated. HE IS SIMPLY AMAZING!!!

Beautiful, Classic Hilton Property That Still Holds Its Own.
I had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Caribe for a few days this summer. Upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted by Maria V. at the front desk. Maria was this beautiful, vibrant young lady who truly seemed to enjoy her job and went out of her way to make sure we were happy with our stay. The property has numerous onsite amenities, beautifully landscaped and well kept. We found the room be freshly updated, comfortable and nicely appointed. The hotel itself has a lot of history. Supposedly the birthplace of the Pina Colada, various celebrity visits over the past and documented in several areas around the hotel with photos and memorabilia. Great property, we will be back. Hats off to the manager who seems to run a tight ship here!

Excellent location and property
Was booked here for a conference nearby. The property is beautiful and the pool/beach area is very nice. The building is historical and interesting, but they've done a good job of keeping it updated and clean. Really enjoyed the hammock beach as well as the jetty seating.
