Paradise! Beautiful resort with private beach, 3 large swimming pools with swim up bar at one. Playground for kids. Delicious restaurants! We had a 1 bedroom suite with oceanfront view and it was amazing. The room was comfortable and very clean! 10/10 recommend

Hilton Caribe was a total vibe. If you want to chill by the pool or at the private ocean, you will definitely enjoy! The customer service was great. Mildred at the front desk was the start to my trip, she set the tone for the experience I was about to have. It’s nice when your vacation starts on a good note. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable with my room selection. She took her time, explained everything and allowed me to view my pick and hers, it was the end of her shift soon and I wasn’t rushed at all. I really appreciated that, because if I had kept my original room that I picked before flying in, I’d not have had the amazing sunrise and sunset view that we ended up with. The bed was quite comfortable. Room service and housekeeping were prompt for my last minute request. Overall great experience. Great location and you have to try the quesadillas. The pools are heated and the jacuzzi was on point. What are you waiting for! Walking out to the beach was so convenient

excellent lodgings and services
A very costly mistake on our side. This hotel is excellent from the time I arrived until I left, and even with all the extras I paid for but did not receive, it was by far my least favorite experience. Though the city is amazing, make a different reservation for yourself. I travel frequently and don't mind spending money on excellent lodgings and services. This location provided neither at exorbitant costs.

Awesome hotel and staff
Awesome hotel. Staff were very professional, friendly, and courteous. Free bottles of water at check-in location which are available every day. Room was clean and modern. We stayed in the waves wing, 13th floor. Elevator was very fast. Room has an amazing view. Food was great. Lots of options. Waiters were very nice. Starbucks and an ice cream shop on site. Ice cream shop also sells breakfast sandwiches. Prices were ok - what you'd expect at a resort. Overall, a wonderful experience. I would stay there again.

I adore the beach
I adore the beach, the pool, and the location. Throughout our entire stay at the pool, Hiram provided us with some of the best service we've ever had! I adore the hotel's open-air entrance design. This time, we also visited the spa, and it was wonderful. Excellent facilities.
