    Tour and Travel Desk at Caribe Hilton

    Caribe Hilton Hotel is a wonderful hotel with very helpful staff. The only problem I have had is with the woman at the Tour and Travel booth yesterday (4-15-24). I went back down for assistance today (4-16-24) and the young lady that assisted me (Yarimar) was extremely helpful. Yesterday, I went to inquire about activities. The woman's speech was aggressive and demeaning. She told me to scan the QR code. She didn't say which one. We told her we had a car so she gave us a map. I asked for the Old San Juan area and she told us we were in it when clearly it's a different area. I went back up to the desk as she was kindly helping 2 other women. She snapped at me "CAN I HELP YOU" and I kindly said no you go ahead with your clients. I had a conversation with the women (the visitors) who were more helpful with their answers than she could ever be. Anyway, thank you Yarimar for your redeeming qualities and understanding your craft. I didn't get the lady's name from yesterday, but all jobs are not for everybody.

    Great stay

    The experience from checkin to ckeckout was great! We had a short stay and didn’t want to leave. Michael Berrios gave us a warm welcome and was very knowledgeable of the property. Piña coladas were the best I have ever tasted. We will be back for sure hopefully more time.

    "Great Staff and Breakfast, but Needs Maintenance"

    The highlight of the hotel is its exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff, along with a truly scrumptious breakfast buffet. While the hotel occupies an older building with charming areas, it is in dire need of maintenance. The shower floor in my room was entirely dirty, perhaps from lacking stucco or paint, and it was so unsightly that I had to ask for another room. Additionally, the bed provided no comfort, and there were missing tiles in the pool, among other issues.

    Not impressed

    Was pretty but it had lots of problems shower had no pressure but still leaked all over the floor safe didn’t work the employees were really nice that was a high light especially the bartender at the pool great guy only good food we got despite all the fancy restaurants was the ice cream shop good sandwich’s and sweets

    Nice trip. Make a little more effort.

    This was our fourth stay and we enjoyed it and would recommend. A few tips for the hotel to improve the experience. 1. Replace flickering light bulbs. It’s not a huge expense, change them out. 2. If a waiter has a substantial cough find something else for them to do instead of interacting with people or food. 3. Remove the ambiguity at 7:00 am of most people lining up at the chain to reserve pool chairs and letting some people cut at Caribe’s doors. People are going to get in fist fights over this. 4. Expand the self service laundry options. One washer and dryer is completely inadequate for a hotel this size.
