    Fantastic family all inclusive holiday

We had an amazing stay at Casa de Campo. The staff were especially fantastic with our 10 year old who has Down Syndrome and some communication difficulties. We had an issue where we had lost an item and thought we had left it at the beach and the reception/ concierge staff could not have been more helpful in assisting us finding it, they were also hugely responsive when our golf cart stopped working one evening. We had a well proportioned room with lots of storage and the housekeeping and turn down service was very good and very much appreciated. Grounds are spectacular and our son particularly enjoyed the golf cart. We were all inclusive and the food and drinks were all top quality and we would certainly recommend and return. The stay was pretty much near perfect but if there were a couple of suggestions to improve things further they would be * the all inclusive card system was a little frustrating e.g. at the beach if the tab was left open it could take a considerable amount of time to locate the card and close it, also sometimes the card was held by one member of staff which meant you couldn’t order a drink with another member of the team. * the wait times on food at the food trucks by the beach was sometimes ridiculous- one day we were told it was 2 hours for a portion of fries! * As part of the all inclusive it would have been nice (as is usual in many 5 star all inclusive resorts) for a selection of drinks in the mini bar to be included

    An experience of a lifetime

The Casa de Campo staff made this trip as memorable as the views and the weather. Expensive, but I could spend hours sharing sharing the many memories making this worthwhile. The food and restaurant options are deliciously overwhelming. We also took guided 'excursions' into Santo Domingo and local caverns. But even during the 'cool season' of February we could have used twice as many sets of clothes as we sweated all day, then showered again and changed for dinner. Fortunately a laundry service mid-week helped us out. If you can afford it [thanks to a Christmas gift and savings we managed] leave the kids at home and go. I recommend it.

World-Class Hospitality: Gleni, Sergio & Alberto Were Amazing

Our experience at Casa de Campo Resort & Villas was absolutely unforgettable — and that’s entirely because of the incredible crew who took care of us. Gleni, our concierge, was nothing short of amazing. From the very first moment, she made everything seamless, thoughtful, and personalized. Every reservation, recommendation, and detail was handled with such care and professionalism — she truly made us feel like VIPs the entire stay. Sergio was the life of the trip! He took us into town and brought the best energy every single time. His personality is infectious — always smiling, laughing, and making sure we were having the time of our lives. Riding with Sergio never felt like transportation — it felt like part of the adventure. And Alberto — wow. The horse tour was hands down one of the highlights of our stay. Not only did he guide us beautifully through the experience, but he rode horses with us and made it so fun, relaxing, and memorable. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does, and that passion made the whole experience next-level special. This crew is pure gold. Professional, warm, fun, and truly caring — they are what make Casa de Campo world-class. If you’re lucky enough to have Gleni, Sergio, and Alberto taking care of you, just know you’re in for an unforgettable experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 — already can’t wait to come back!

Great week of relaxing and golfing

We had a very nice stay. Our shuttle guy Gabriel was awesome and made sure we always had a ride even if he couldn’t get us himself. Juan and Aneisx were super nice and kept the Villa very clean and made delicious food for us and other things we needed, thanks Aneisx and Juan. Our villa was spacious and the huge backyard was great to hang out in. Thanks

Casa de Campo - Golf Week

We had a fantastic stay at Casa de Campo during our golf holiday. The Villa was spotless thanks to Juan and Aneisx who took wonderful care of us throughout the week. Every morning we were treated to delicious breakfasts, and the place was always beautifully maintained. Gabriel shuttled us to and from restaurants and golf courses! He was very responsive to our needs. Truly a relaxing, first-class experience—highly recommended!
