We had such a wonderful experience at Casa Carolina Rooftop! 🌴✨ Even though it was raining, Jessica and Richard at the rooftop bar went above and beyond with their hospitality. They made us feel so welcomed and took amazing care of us. The drinks and appetizers were absolutely delicious, and their service truly made the experience special. Thank you, Jessica and Richard, for making a rainy evening feel like a perfect one! 🍹❤️ Highly recommend!

A quiet gem in the middle of it all
Would absolutely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a boutique hotel in the middle of it all, but still want quiet and calm. Pros * Amazing location, literally overlooking the cathedral plaza in the heart of the Old City. * Small boutique property where the staff knew us by name. Everyone was incredibly nice. * They do a great job balancing the influencers/day visitors who come through with hotel guests. It can get busy during the day, but the rooms feel completely tucked away and private. * Breakfast and dinner are served amongst the old frescoes, and there are lots of quiet spaces throughout the property to sit and relax. * Most comfortable bed of the trip + great Moroccan linens. * I was a little worried about bringing my 7-year-old to a “wellness hotel,” but they were incredibly welcoming and it was a total non-issue. Cons * Really none. The only thing to know is that they add a voluntary 10% service/tip at the end of the stay. We didn’t realize this, so we had already been tipping individually throughout our stay. I wish we’d known upfront so we could have handled tipping accordingly. Would definitely stay here again.

Food and experience was amazing thanks to Richard!
Richard has made our experience amazing from day one. We came two days ago for coffee and food and since Richard service was fantastic, we came back today before leaving back to the states!

Amazing service and views
Had the best experience, we stopped by 2 times on trip, it is a must! Very hospitable staff and amazing vibe.
