Decent rooms, but lacks warmth and upkeep
Overall, the room itself was clean on the inside and met my basic needs, but there are a few areas regarding hospitality, maintenance, and amenities that could use attention. While the staff wasn’t rude, they were notably unwelcoming and lacked warmth. A friendlier check-in experience would go a long way in making guests feel comfortable. The exterior of the hotel looks a bit neglected. The walkways appear quite old and worn, and the outside window sills were visibly dirty, which detracts from the property's overall appeal. The breakfast choices were quite limited and left a bit to be preferred. Expanding the options would add a lot more value to the morning stay.

Never again
Motel at best! Paper thin walls, musty and dusty! 10:30pm at night and I can hear every single word my neighbors says, it's almost like there are no walls between us at all! Luckily we only have one night here before our Air BnB is ready. The pics and tik tock videos are complete lies. I would never recommend this property to another person. Especially if you have small children. The only positive is how nice the staff is.

Not good. Avoid this place
The location is nice, but don’t be fooled by the pics you see online!! Absolutely horrible place to stay in. We had ocean-front king deluxe room. The rooms are outdated with the feel of a 1960s era motel. Very small and very outdated. The room has extreme musty smell and you are surrounded by lots of rusted furniture, light switches, electrical outlets, and event the circuit breaker box next to bed!! Shame on Costco for even offering this “HOTEL” as an option. Owner is portal. Obviously they don’t care about your health, especially if you have weak immunity or asthma.

Great hotel for price
For the price this hotel is great, the location is excellent on the beach, there is a free grab and go breakfast but not available til 7am. Room service needs to be requested 24hours in advance. There is not a lot of beach in front of hotel, but there is one within walking distance, but no chairs available. We did use the pool one and it’s decent. There is no hot tub. There is a restaurant/bar on property, we did not try food, had a drink there. There is no outside bar or service. Overall again for price it’s great just know what to expect. Staff isn’t that hospitable

Decent property, questionable staff
This is a good mid priced hotel. The setting with views of the pool and the ocean was great. The room was comfortable and clean. Our only negative was the staff person working when we checked in around 5:30 pm on Saturday November 29. She was the only negative experience we had throughout our 17 day visit. There was no greeting, she was sullen, and borderline rude. We had made arrangements to drop our luggage earlier in the day. When we mentioned it, her reply was a very curt “ I wouldn’t know anything about that”. When she gave us a paper to sign, we asked for a pen, and with looking up, she pointed to a cup of pens on the counter. When we asked if the hotel had any beach chairs, towels, snorkel equipment, etc to rent or use, her reply was once again “I don’t know anything about that. We asked if there was anyone who came in to handle those things ( we saw what look like a concierge type desk) she again said she didn’t know anything about that, no clue when they would be there, no idea what was available, etc. just totally uninterested in helping in any way or even pretending to be polite or hospitable. Either she needs more training or she just doesn’t belong behind the front dest of a hotel in a prime tourist destination. The other staff we encountered during our short stay was great and everything you would hope for and expect. She just left a very sour taste and really tainted our experience at the ISO
