This is a great location with on site parking. Yes it’s an older property but well maintained and clean! Friendly staff and close to restaurants, the beach, the zoo and more. Our unit was great. Everything we needed and the 10th floor lanai is awesome. Great views and a lovely place to enjoy your morning coffee! I’d stay again as the price was also reasonable.

Great Stay!
The view was incredible! We enjoyed the easy access & walkability and the friendly staff. It was convenient & close to the beach. We enjoyed the amenities like beach chairs, umbrella, & cooler too! We highly recommend for anyone looking for a great stay! We will be back!

Worth every penny!
Convenient, safe, accessible, central, clean, economical, fun, pleasant, and for being in the midst of everything it was incredibly quiet. All the conveniences of a resort, parking was a plus, and even though there were some remodeling going on the establishment created undisturbed hospitality.

I arrived at this hotel at noon, the front desk agent, Mimi was busy using her phone, I was told to book the room online, I did, and then I was told check in is at 3 pm. I asked her to put away my bags and she ordered me to do it to my surprise. I asked her to call a taxi, instead she gave me tour guide business card. This was terrible customer service. I didn't call the tour company naturally. I left to eat lunch. By 7 pm, I checked out of the hotel. The front desk agent at that time was Jonathan. He was not using his phone, he was friendly. He apologized about what happened. The lobby is badly designed. The front desk is awkwardly positioned.

Wonderful Waikiki stay
The location is perfect. Staffs are super helpful and friendly. Hotel has all the amenities you would need from fast internet to washer dryer, restaurant clubs, and sun deck and a pool. I would go again. It also has super convenient parking for a fee of course.
