    Great dinner

    One of the best meals I have ever eaten at Adelita. Gracias chef Emmanuel!. Very helpful/knowledgeable about allergens (gluten/dairy). Will definitely be going back here later in the week! Service was also exceptional. Tacos, chef's special, salad, and maiz

    Catalonia vs Riu Palace

    Nice place to stay. We are used to the Riu Palace and tried another placr this time mainly because of availability. We found tha Catalonia very interesting for various reason ; The family room are nice and they have King or Queen beds. The restaurants are also good and the location of many of them on the "5th ave" make it very interesting. There is plenty of charis at the pools but not at the beach. The main problam there is the waiting time at several places (Buffet, cofee shop, lunch restaurants...), probably due to the lack of staff. The worst is at the buffet where there is long line up for the breakfast and the dinner. Also, the temperature of the pools was colder then the ocean... This was afecting our activities. The location of the 2 pools are within the buildings, good for the wind but not so good for the sun as half of the pools gets in the shade of the building in the afternoon. The beach area is nice but not as clean as it would be at the Riu (they are cleaning manually and it shows). Expect a lot of kids playing around, it is not a "quiet" place like some Riu Palace. Activities in general are nice, the staff is gentle and professional also. Finally, they use a little too much the "options" and regularely try to sell you upgrade (travel club, preferred options, $ restaurant, wines etc...), this is not what I expect from a all inclusive hotel. Our conclusion : Very please with the Catalonia but the Riu Palace win this time !

    Highly Impressed!

    Fantastic experience at this hotel! David and Salvador went above and beyond to make our experience special. My parents loved the hotel and how clean and comfortable rooms are. We went to mamma Mia and Jorge was so nice and helpful :) the food was super delicious. Over all our stay was really great we definitely will come back. Highly impressed!

    Excellent Service

    We had an amazing time at this hotel! The staff, particularly David and Salvador, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was cozy and clean, and the hotel's amenities were top-notch. Overall, the hotel was beautiful and well maintained and, we will definitely be back!

    Food needs improvement

    Beautiful property and staff is amazing. The restaurant's are hard to get a reservation but don't waste your time as the food is not very good. The buffet and sports bar are your best options. The reservation system is a hassle and not worth your time!
