Feb 13, 2026Solid resort with opportunity for improvement
Currently waiting for transfer to the airport after a week stay with my partner. Overall, this resort was good during our stay. The beach is AMAZING! Our room was quiet and clean, and the mini bar was stocked daily. The mattress was hard and awful, in our opinion, but this is all personal choice. It made for some restless nights, though. While we found the food and service good overall, it was inconsistent. Food was either piping hot or luke warm, despite having been to the same restaurant a few nights prior. We did upgrade to the Privilege section and believe having access to B’Loved and the Pure bar, was worth it, alone. The food, drinks and service was generally better than other restaurants or bars. Special shout outs to Linda, Rafael and Raul from Pure Bar who were always super friendly and attentive—it made a huge difference in our overall experience. Also, shout outs to Wendy, Miguel, Gustavo, Karla, Uriel and the rest of the B’Loved staff for great service and tasty meals! One final note, while advertised as a Pride friendly resort, we didn’t always feel respected by all staff—rather tolerated. This didn’t ruin our vacation but noteworthy for fellow LGBTQ+ travellers.

Quiet Professional execution
It is very well run. The facilities are spotless. The availability of food options is fantastic. The staff are pros. Not the usual Ra Ra u get sometimes. The beach is very long and great for long walks. It's groomed daily and patrolled by police. It's a family place ,therefore it's quiet. The alacarte restaurants are great. Book them early. U should be able to cancel on line. I wish they had a mariachi band, it's mexico!

Try the spa, it is wonderful
5/5 and had a wonderful face message and foot and leg message from Sol. I feel like I am made of butter as another lady at the spa just said. Highly recommended and I am signed up for a full body massage next week.
