I don't understand the negative reviews. In January 2025 I was here for 7 days. We stayed at the Romance Room Privilidged. Number 3641. The rooms are close to the beach, close to the swimming pool, they are in great condition and have great decor. As for the food, if you have trouble booking a la carte, there is a buffet. Although I went to the Italian restaurant without a reservation :-) Huge selection. Since you can go to the family side, you can still eat in the main restaurant. The food is good. Someone here writes about poisoning, it's probably not the food, but a change of water. Take a probiotic, and don't rush into everything at once, slowly, and you'll be fine. The drinks are ok. The mini bar is replenished daily. As for the fact that some of the staff do not speak English - the whole world does not have such an obligation. Learn or remember something from school about SPANISH. Because it is a SPANISH-SPEAKING country. Live music by the pool every evening. The quality is really nice. As for tips, high-quality service both when you give them and when you don't. I suggest DON'T OVERAGE. Focus on tips for housekeeping and give something at the bar or in the restaurant. Don't expect your cat to follow you with a red carpet. Go get yourself a drink if no one comes. It's nothing terrible. Oh, and someone is constantly taking care of the hotel grounds (vegetation, cleaning). The effect is great. Regular insect spraying. OH and if you do not want something, just say NO.

Spa amazingness!!
Amazing spa experience! Veronica and Joanny were incredibly professional and experienced! Loved every second. The front desk was extremely efficient and great service. Great music, relaxing environment, vibes were amazing!! Definitely would recommend.

Best spa in punta cana
Joanny and Maritza did an amazing job. Me and my bestfriend came for my birthday and were looking for things to do. The spa caught our attention staff was very welcoming friendly and clean our overall experience was a 10/10 I will definitely be coming back !

Deep massage felt wonderful. We will come back again. Rooms very clean and professional service provided. Courteous staff. Strongly recommend to all guests at the resort. We will need to try the sauna and steam room on next visit. I will use the jaucuzi.

Massage Experience
Veronica and Yessica were wonderful and provided a very relaxing and enjoyable experience! The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We would absolutely come back and look forward to booking another experience with them in the future.
