    Pizzeria Sorrento: Wood-oven made Italian pizzas, next to the pool and outdoor space. Daytime service only Trattoria Sorrento: Enjoy the a la carte Italian cuisine at this delicious Trattoria-style restaurant including a gourmet pizza menu. Dinner service only.

    Tao Cat: Great offer of a la carte Asian cuisine. Dinner service only

    Great holiday getaway

    Adult pool bar is great. Carlos and Ashley are the best bartender pair of all resorts we visited. Relaxed atmosphere but going on to keep the fun rolling.

    Our Christmas vacation went sour .....

    It was our 3rd time staying at this hotel .....and I would suggest NOT to spend money for Privileged adults only rooms - Not worse it ! Room needs some reno upgrades ,not worse money over all . Stuff at most wasn't friendly -just wants to sell you time shares . Big point is- if your flight is late at night - get ready to be kicked out at 3 and spend 6 hours just hanging outside .Food and drinks was not really what you would expect at 5 star hotel with privileged club. Room service and restaurant experience over all -4 star max.

    Nice hotel could do with room updates

    We went for a week for my birthday. Not going to lie few issues, but on the whole a lovely stay. The rooms as said by many are tired and need an update, this would be better than building new rooms over the back. The check in was very slow and we didn't get a welcome drink or towel, where others did, so think it depends who checks you in. The drinks were amazing, the food was good for an all inclusive. Massive shout out to Ana on reception what an absolute credit to the hotel!! So warm and friendly and does everything she can to help Also the piano bar, not sure of her name but made the best baileys iced coffees

    A 'memorable' experience

    Room not ready on arrival? Check. Non-functioning TV? Check. Non-functioning aircondititioning? Check. Overnight powercut? Check. Satisfaction survey completed by staff? Check. Food poisoning? Check. Construction noise? Check. Maintenance team visits to room? Eight. Staff are being let down by outdated rooms and indifferent management - both are in dire need of an update. The steady stream of negative reviews for this resort tell a story - pay more attention to them than I did.
