    Another great time at catalonia

    We had a great time at Catalonia Tulum; the staff were amazing as always. The animation team: Erik, Diego, Paulina, Eddie and Jaidyd, looked after us so Well, always making sure we Felt included and really made our holiday. Quezebel in the restaurant was so attentive and always made sure we were comfortable and happy. The buffet food is great.

    Week stay

    Lovely stay here. Second visit. Lovely beach. Lovely staff and rooms. Shoutouts to Erik, Diego, Paulina, Eddie and Jaidyd by the entertainment staff. Qezabel also lovely for breakfast and lunch. Only improvement needed is the evening dinner. It’s in 5 restaurants and can be bus and slow. The buffet is far far better for breakfast and lunch and I wish it was also put on for dinner. Would ease strain on other staff in restaurants.

    Absolutely Brilliant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    We absolutely loved our stay and would come back without a doubt! We love Mexico! 🇲🇽 The rooms were more than adequate and the shower was lovely — always a win after a long day in the sun. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely couldn’t do enough to help, which really made the experience feel relaxed and welcoming. The beach is beautiful, with golden sand and plenty of sun loungers available, so there was never a problem finding a spot. Breakfast and lunch buffets were super tasty with more than enough choice to suit everyone. The spa facilities (chargeable) were amazing and well worth the cost — a perfect place to fully relax. The gym was adequate and had everything needed for a good workout before unwinding for the rest of the day. Our only recommendations would be around the evening meals. The booking system could definitely be improved, as if you’re not super organised you often end up eating quite late. We also felt the evening food could use more choice and slightly larger portions. That said, these were minor points compared to how much we enjoyed our stay overall. A fantastic holiday and somewhere we’d happily return to. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
