Amazing Hotel and Staff
We had the loveliest holiday here! All of the staff, without exception, are absolutely fantastic. We will definitely come back when we can. Particular thanks to the entertainment team and to Leonel for keeping us amused each day and to the cleaning staff for keeping the place so lovely. The waiting staff are so friendly and amazing too! Leo Eddy Paulina Diego Quetzabel Roberto were amazing!

So friendly!
The staff are so friendly here, it's such a lovely place. Leo Eddy Diego Pauline put on some great activities during the day and the ladies at breakfast are always so lovely. Quetzabel was really welcoming.

Great hotel
Just come back from an absolutely fantastic 2 weeks here. My only complaint was I couldn't stay longer. The staff we're great and very willing to help and personally I like to say the lady who done the omelettes was brilliant, so sorry I forgot you name. The entertainment team we're very entertaining, Leo and Diego had us laughing everyday. Fantastic hotel and very picturesque. Congratulations to all who work there. Keep up the good work.

Diego, Cuellar, Eddy, Leo and Paulina were absolutely great with involving everyone in the activities and were so nice and very informative.
