    INCREDIBLE HOSPITALITY

    Luis, Armando, and Diego at Rauxa went above and beyond for hospitality at this resort. I have never felt so special during a dining experience but they wanted to help celebrate our graduation with us! They decorated the table for us, treated us to amazing drinks, delicious food, and TOP TIER service! Not to mention, the show was incredible!!

    The Best Servers on Earth

    Armando and Luis are incredible!!!!!!! They are very caring, and fantastic dancers…. we had an amazing time at the restaurant and the resort is great. They are very attentive and great at their jobs. The atmosphere is hard to work in and you can tell they do their best to make customers feel cared for and taken care of!

    Outstanding place

    Great place, shower water was fresh with no smell. Fod was great and pool was outstanding. Great vacation spot, nice and relaxing 😌 the staff was friendly. Service ws good. Spa was great and a great price. Coffee in the morning was good. Very clean place, turndown service was the best.

    Trip of a lifetime

    Paradise from the entry to our exit. We were so welcomed. The staff exceeded expectations. Fernando was amazing behind the bar, but watch out for his tasty concoctions! Amazing hospitality throughout - the staff went above and beyond to make this experience a memorable one. Also, a huge thank you to Jesus - he treated us like royalty. Will be returning.

    UNFORGETTABLE!!

    Our stay at the Royal Catalonia Tulum from April 29 to May 9 was exceptional. From the the moment we arrived, the staff made it feel like a second home. The food was beyond our imagination, our three faves were the Asian, Italian and steakhouse. However the Rauxa dinner and show was AMAZING!! The drinks were consistent and top notch no matter where ordered. SHOUT OUT to Fernando for making my husband's 40th unforgettable!! Everyday walking the 5 min to the beach was so serene, the wildlife (coati, iguanas, birds and monkeys) would always put a smile on our face. The beach and pool area was breathtaking, the staff work extremely hard to keep it clean and usable at all times. The entertainment staff Tita, Charlie, Diego and Edgar made each day better than the one before (WE MISS YOU ALREADY!). Thank you to Daniella and Yanin for all the information about the best places to go, you made our trip so special. Huge shout out to Jesus and Miller, you always went above and beyond! THANK YOU for being my cloud nine while I was injured.  Cannot wait for our next visit. Thanks again from Chris and Amy Hill.
