  Couple Vacation

  Great first time at the hotel! Met lots of lovely people while staying here and the staff were very kind and helpful. Adults only is definitely the way couples should opt for if they want a relaxing and fun vacation. Definitely will be coming back here hopefully next year around the same time!

  10/10 always recommend

  This place is gorgeous and a beautiful home away from home. You're met with kindness and welcoming vibes all around from the bell boys, check in, housekeeping, wait staff, La Palapa staff, pool staff, and many, many more. We've have visited 3 times from the US and we're more than satisfied every time. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping works around the clock to keep every room clean and fully stocked. The bell boy/valet service is top tier, even when you're bags are heavy (lo siento) 😬 We've never had an issue with noise or disturbances and always sleep like babies. The value meets expectations but often exceeds them. We appreciate all amenities every time. The gift shop, bars, pool, beach area, food options, and main lobby are great and we always have what we need. I'm bad with names but one precious angel stood out to me every day and her name is Quetzabel. She works daily at La Palapa, which provides a daily buffet for breakfast and lunch. She's the sweetest soul and makes every effort to remember your name and brighten your day.

  Great resort with amazing service and food.

  An amazing experience, clean rooms, incredible service and food and a beautifully romantic atmosphere, would give 10 stars if possible, can't wait to visit again. Great value for the price.

  Estuopendo! Fantastic relaxing holiday

  Fantastic place this was our fourth visit and the standards of quality and service are still as excellent as ever. We will definitely return. This place is perfect for either the beach or the pool but overwhelmingly tranquil paradise. We had the privelidge upgrade. And found this was worth it for us. Rooms are immaculately cleaned everyday by the excellent housekeeping staff. Top floor with a view over the canopy is our preference as you can see the sun come up in a morning and the birds in the jungle. Air con was brilliant and kept the room very cold. We were in 2205 which also had double wash basins in the bathroom. Mini bar and coffee replenished everyday including three big bottles of water, and just ask housekeeping if you need extra leaving and leave tip daily as they sometimes change cleaners. 100 pesos a day. there were two usb chargers by each side of the bed and also one in the safe deposit so you can charge devices securely. We left our safe unlocked once and the cleaner immediately contacted security who locked it for us and then came to unlock it when we returned to the room The atmosphere is undoubtedly chilled and relaxed, perfect for a quiet couples break, you can socialise by the pool or have quiet time on the beach. We are beach and sea lovers and that’s where we spent most of our time, the hotel staff do a fantastic job of keeping the beach perfect, out before dawn clearing any sargassum. The grounds are perfectly kept and maintained also which adds to the jungle atmosphere when walking through the hotel between the lobby and the beach and pool. The thing that makes this hotel perfect are the staff, the care and attention and the politeness from cleaners to gardeners to the staff in the restaurants and reception. Every guest treated with the warmest welcome and top customer service with a personal touch. Thanks to Ariana who kept us topped up with drinks on the beach with a beaming smile, how you remember the drinks orders correctly every time is an amazing skill. Thanks to all the staff in Bloved, to have a relaxed breakfast and lunch overlooking the sea, delicious food and excellent service. Flora, Esther, Erick, Rigobierto, Angel gravitas para el servicio excelente a javier gracias para me cafe latte y nuestro mimosas. What a way to start the day.! And last of all Donovan, laydee and Brenda for the excellent delicious breakfast and lunch, thank you! The buffet restaurant is fab, you would be hard pushed not to find something to your taste, meat and fish is cooked in front of you exactly how you want it, quetzabel will welcome you so warmly and make sure your comfort is a priority. Nothing to say negative that is within the control of the staff here, the sargassum is what it is, this year has been a bad year with an extended season but it did not spoil our trip, it didn’t really smell as the staff were right on it every day, it didn’t stop us swimming in the sea, just other stretches of the beach away from the hotel weren’t as pretty as normal but this location is still stunning. Perfect holiday. Again. No wonder the majority of guests return time and again

  BLoved Be Awesome

  This was my husband and I’s second time at this resort and we got the privilege package which includes the restaurant on the beach, BLoved. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and food here. They go above and beyond and are a big reason why we come back. David Mendez, Esther, David, Argel, Flora, Alix are top notch folks who are pleasure to see and chat with at each meal. Daniela at the front desk was also super helpful and gave us great information on our package and helped book all of our treatments at the spa. Victor at the front desk was also super helpful and upgraded our room and was able to accommodate our request for a top floor room. We will be back again next year :)
