    A classic and comfortable luxury hotel in the centre of the old town. Terrific!

    An extremely comfortable, classic hotel in the Casco Antiguo. We stayed a few nights while touring Panama City. Right on the main square in the old town, very close to lots of good restaurants and shops. The staff were super efficient and friendly and the rooms spacious and very comfortable (terrific showers BTW). Highly recommended

    Beautiful hotel in great location. Small details matter though.

    Beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. Really enjoyed staying here. Great ambience with musicians playing in the foyer/bar area. And the most amazing breakfast! Thats all the positives. We were however disappointed with standards of housekeeping in our room - mouldy lampshade, dirty towel, one cup, one glass, broken coffee machine - really let things down sadly after paying very handsomely to stay here.

    Nice but not fantastic

    Lovely historic place . Nice ambiance. Comfy beds. Great location. Negatives: our refrigerator did not work and was not fixed during our entire four day stay. Our safe box did not work and was not fixed during our four day stay. tax charges on top of bill added $100-oof.

    Unfriendly hotel staff Edwin

    Unfriendly staff. We went to see the lobby to see if we liked the hotel and this man named Edwin told us that we had to leave if we did not buy a drink. I could not believe it!

    Beautiful hotel with perfect location

    We love this hotel, we stayed there 6 years ago and we decided to stay here again this year. Amazing location superb clean and friendly staff. The only thing that annoyed us is the receptionist Alfredo, he was very rude and doesn’t deal nicely with the customers.
