    Warning possible health issue! Red Flag

    This place in Venice is the worth hotel we have ever stayed in. The room we were booked into had a foul odor which we can not explain. The front desk was unwilling to change our room and after a night put an almost empty glade plug-in which did not help the stink. I am pretty sure it was mold coming from standing water in the AC unit which we are pretty sure was mold. So the mold could have spread throughout the room on the bedding and possibly into any open luggage we had in our suitcases. If it was mold that is a major health issue. Very serious issue stay anywhere else but not here at this Best Western property.

    A good quality hotel - recommended

    A very good location near Santa Lucia station. So that made it easy to get a Vaporetto, as a major ticket station is right near Santa Lucia. Good rooms with a good breakfast. Possible to eat in at the hotel as they have tables overlook the grand canal. Highly recommend this hotel.

    Nice Hotel 🏨

    First of all this is a nice 😊 hotel 🏨. Second the restaurant has good dessert 🧁 and local 🍺 . Third thay have the best breakfast 🥞 cakes 🍰 in the world 🌍. Lastly the people who work here are very nice 😊.

    Mainly good

    Wonderful stay. Very clean and staff were very friendly. Our room was unfortunately extremely noisy and we were unable to be moved to a quieter room. Location was excellent with close proximity to the station. Breakfast also excellent .
