    Falling Apart and Filthy, Management MIA

    We really wanted to like the place, after all we were in HI. The room was pretty dirty, hair all over the toilet, the bathroom counter actually had dirty and used Kleenex on it. The sheets were fraying as was the bedskirt which I fell over. Both beach chairs were broken. We tried to speak with the front desk manager, sadly she seemed to always be in meetings. You would think that a fall caused by the fraying bed lines would warrant a call but, no I never heard back. The head of housekeeping filled out an incident report, but still nothing from the management.

    Book Your Next Stay in Kauai at The Cliffs!

    My husband and I have stayed at The Cliffs several times, and it’s truly a wonderful resort overlooking the ocean. Every morning we take our complimentary coffees out to the Adirondack chairs to watch the sunrise. It's such a beautiful way to start the day. If you look closely, you might spot spinner dolphins, sea turtles, or even whales depending on the season. The property has plenty of amenities, the location is fantastic, the staff are always helpful, and the units have everything you need. We love it so much that one day we hope to stay for a full month every time we visit!

    Absolutely amazing!

    Full inclusive 100 percent one of the best places I’ve stayed! This place is top notch with customer service, cleanliness, family oriented. If you are looking for a romantic getaway this is wonderful and if you are looking for family time it is also wonderful.

    Lovely property--beward private condo renters

    My wife and I spent 6 nights at the Cliffs. The property is lovely and the Adirondack chairs on the rolling green lawn overlooking the Pacific are real and a great place to chill before exploring the nearby surrounding areas from Haena to Anini Beach to Kilauea! Unfortunately, we rented from a private condo owner on AirBnB. The front desk had not been notified of our rental, much less our arrival time. Mark at reception could not reach her by phone; however, he kindly took the initiative to get us checked in. The renter either didn't respond to issues ("out of cell contact"), or blamed us for not waiting around for her repair persons to arrive. Silly us, we thought we were on vacation! However, when water started gushing from under the kitchen sink, a visit to the front desk brought Jimmy running over to take care of that, as well as the continuously leaking fridge. Mark and Jimmy were typical of the courteous and helpful Cliffs staff members we met.

    The cliffs is an amazing magical place

    The unit we had was amazing The property was outstanding Victoria checked us in and she truly had Aloha made us feel truly welcome I definitely would recommend this resort And especially Victoria She started our visit with excellent service
