Excellent location! Great restaurants and shops within a 6 mile radius. Golf course, tennis and pickleball courts are conveniently located plus the Anini Beach is within 10 minutes! Hanalei is a 15 minute drive so there is plenty of things to do and visit around the neighborhood! If you love adventure, access to Kalalau trails is close by!

Incredible views, room was huge and very clean upon arrival, wonderful pool. However, be warned this property has NO Air Conditioning! They have floor fans all over and ceiling fans in some rooms, but NO AC.

A Comfortable Retreat on the Beautiful Northern Coast of Kauai
Our condo (Third floor of Building 3) was a spotlessly clean, well-stocked, comfortable retreat for our family of 5. The porch overlooking the lawn and palm trees (and a bit of ocean view) became our favorite place for breakfast. The ceiling and standing fans and ocean breezes kept the condo comfortable for most of the day, even without air conditioning. The feral chickens were amusing to watch ( if a bit loud in the morning!), and the sunrises and sunsets were truly spectacular. The beds were comfortable. We would be very happy to return.

Was not pleased with the accommodations. We are thinking of selling.
Very disappointed. The kitchen had chipped floors, the furniture had very little cushioning which impacted the sleep couch. The weather was hot and humid, not too much you can do about that but there were not enough fans in the rooms. Renovation is way over due at the Cliffs. It does not deserve a four or five star review. It is really getting shabby inside

Princeville Paradise
The Cliffs is a beautiful lush area in Northern Kauai. It overlooks the ocean with paths leading down the cliffs where sea turtles can be seen in the water. It is close to the One Hotel which overlooks the beautiful Hanalei Bay.
