Yet again great
Our 5th visit to The Club, we absolutely love this place. Very friendly and welcoming from the minute you arrive and get handed a rum punch. We’ve met some amazing people there and in turn made some really great friends over the years that keep returning as we do and we think that is testimony to the great staff and on site amenities. We would like to thank Caroline and her amazing crew for making it another great experience, with special mention to Vinny, Kareene, Sophia, Dakari on the bars and Marcia and Coraline in the restaurant. Again big thanks to Rawle Sharad Michael and Bryan for the help at the water-sports. The room was clean and tidy when we arrived and kept that way everyday of our stay. The food was great along with the premium branded spirits. Keep doing what you do The Club as we will definitely be back to enjoy it again soon.

Great location mixed experience
The place is well located on the west coast the room wasn’t ready upon late afternoon arrival these things happen, the room was a great size with a lovely view really good only lack of coathangers no big deal Dirty towels weren’t changed a couple of days otherwise no problems and very clean Nice pools generally good sunbed availability 90% of staff very good and helpful Food I would describe as average which was a fairly common point of view Description af a beach is pushing it but some sunbeds facing the sea and the sea and waterspouts was good Entertainment was average and the seating didn’t lend itself to creating a vibe Transfer good No lifts so choose floor wisely if you are older Nice friendly atmosphere of a small hotel Nice people I think perhaps needs a slight refresh wouldn’t put you off suits some think the staff and the people are the best bit Location really good to shops and restaurants ok shop on site close to supermarket hope that’s a fair review

An Amazing Week at The Club Barbados!
An absolutely fantastic time was had by all of our party of eight at The Club Barbados in the first week of January 2026. Catering for all ages from 20 to 87, every single one of us had a brilliant time, and we would not hesitate to recommend it as a great place to stay. Everything was brilliant - the food and drinks, the service, the rooms, the spa, the activities and entertainment (sorry to the guests who had to put up with our karaoke efforts) and there is very little to fault. Yes, in places the place needs a little but of an update, and yes, the gym could be slightly better equipped, but if we were looking for perfection we'd have paid substantially more and missed out on the homely feel of the place. A HUGE thank you to every one of the restaurant and bar staff (and particularly Verbe who made us so welcome and greeted us with a big smile every day), Tre at poolside who made us feel like old friends and stopped for a chat and a laugh every single day, Michael in the Watersports team, Rohan for his pool volleyball game, all the reception staff who made check-in and check-out easy and helped us with taxis and information, the housekeepers who worked so hard in the heat and last but by no means least Guye for the astonishingly potent and delicious Club Delight cocktails! We cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you to every member of the hotel team and we hope to return one day soon!

Not our cuppa
Here is the plus.....our flight home was disrupted and we were in need of a room. We were able to get one here and after a few hours and one buffet meal we said" gotta get out of here", which we did the following day. We are grateful to have had the room and bed for the night as opposed to sleeping in the airport. Otherwise, less said the better.

A Gem on the West Coast !
Why do we love this place : Intimate, All Inclusive, Adult Only : mixed ages including many young 20-30, families with older 17+ children, singles etc Manicured Tropical Garden ( well Done Mark and Team ) 3 Lovely fresh water pools Plenty of places to relax/suntan : In the spacious garden, around pools, at the water front partly under shading trees of in an open area to really sun tan. Lots to do or not : eg from 8,15 am guided walks, gym classes, water aerobics, Pool Volley Ball, guided landscape painting ,Caribbean cooking lessons, visiting boutique displays of clothes and jewellery, and more. Great selection of very good food from 7.30 am through to dinner time : you will not starve. Extra fine dining for Christmas Day and Old Year’s Night ( NYE ), which was superb with the crowning glory to the Salmon Wellington prepared by Head Chef Shulman, equal to that from any top restaurant in London. Lovely Location for : a ) walks by the sea, immediately south to a super beach ( Sandy Lane ) north via beaches and paved walk ways to Holetown and further if wished; b) walking by main road pavements in to Holetown and Boutique shops ( Chattel Village ) on route : 10 -15 mins easy walking. Bus stop outside front reception for cheap regular buses. ( for the sea : bring water shoes, you may get a bit wet at ankle level even at low tides, on a very short stretch, when getting to Sandy Lane beach Warm and caring staff : especial thanks to Kasia, Shelly, Vembe, Mia, Vinny, Kareene Guye and Nikita and colleagues. Caring Example : whilst waiting to move in to our room, house staff had to wait while a previous guest was late leaving. Seeing our situation, Kathy Gaskin, a senior member of staff, passing by with papers under her arm, put them down and got stuck in with the house keeper to rapidly prepare our room. Thank you Kathy. Caroline, General Manager : Always about checking that guests are happy : so easy to talk to and ask for advice & help. Thank you so much for granting us a number of most helpful requests - you are a star ! Christmas/New year : Lovely decorations and music, with Father Christmas on the water front on Christmas Day with a present for every guest. The music and dancing on Old Years Night was fabulous with fireworks on view at the water front at Mid Night. Guests dressed up to match, with top hats, necklaces etc for all to wear to celebrate the night. After some 20 plus visits, God Willing, we will return again , Marcia & Ashley.
