    3 star not 4 star hotel

    Not a 4 , would say 3 star hotel . Overall good experience, staff amazing, food below average, the hotel is tied and needs a refurbishment. Drinks are good all top brands . We had a sea view room and would be very disappointed if we hadn’t of booked that room

    Loved it

    I had a wonderful time. The staff really looked after me as I was travelling solo. Nothing too much trouble. Room clean with a huge bed. Beach 2 mins away. Booked for next year

    We loved it 🤩

    Myself and my daughter visited this hotel for a nine night stay to celebrate her 40th birthday, we have absolutely nothing negative to say about any of it the only slight negative was know beach at front of the hotel but a short walk either side and we had a choice of two. The staff were friendly and helpful if you’re nice and polite to them they are the same back, we were very surprised at how rude and demanding people can be and felt sorry for some staff that were spoken to abruptly and rudely I mean how bad is it to shout about a teabag 😳 the food was excellent and we never had a problem with choosing something every night. Drinks were top notch and served with a smile every time we went to any of the bars, it’s a very relaxed vibe around the sun beds and found some great company we had many laughs with other guests. If I had a complaint it would be the towels which are old and thin and past there sell by date, for a four star they need to improve this but it didn’t spoil our stay. I would come back in a heart beat I loved the Barbadian people so happy and friendly we had the best time and would love to return.

    18years and 2027 booked!

    Well we’re back here again for our 18th visit to this “Authentic” Caribbean hotel. I do wonder what some reviewers are looking for ! This hotel offers great food served by fantastic restaurant and kitchen staff ❤️. A great location good for walks and close to great shops. Hotel manager Caroline is always on site ready to help with guests needs, a special mention has to go to All the bar staff especially Vinny, Sophia and Akeen, and outside Germane and Micheal from water sports! Yes the rooms aren’t 5 star but the are comfortable and very clean! So if you want 5 star treatment then go to a 5 star hotel, and pay a 5 star price!!!

    Great hotel for adults only

    Second time in consecutive years we’ve been. Have just booked for next year too. Suits us very well . Bedrooms comfortable and clean. Lots of storage. Bed comfy. Pillows good Bathrooms fair size, lots of hot water. Some of the towels need replacing as worn - but always clean. Re- furb of our bathroom was due but all very clean. Nice terrace with comfy chairs and table Food very good. Caribbean style. Menu changes every day. 5 days out of 7 à la carte, other days barbecue, then buffet. Love the coffee station that’s open from 6.30am for drinks & snacks. Swimming pools very clean & nice to swim in; Aqua aerobics every am- fun! Sunbeds comfy as thick cushions, and adjustable. Good umbrellas. Entertainment every night- varied. Various activities during the day from morning walks, to quizzes to volleyball, art & craft, rum tasting etc. not intrusive but there if you want to join in. No beach here but a sun terrace & access to the sea via steps. Lovely sunsets ! 10-15 mins walk to Holetown beach or Sandy lane beach via footpaths along road . Same to large Masseys supermarket & other shops, bars and restaurants. Very well managed hotel. Caroline the manager, is around every day checking standards and helping guests. Staff friendly and well trained. Can have fun with them if you’re friendly! Thank you all for working hard so we can enjoy our holiday.
