  Beautiful Resort with Lovely staff!

  Bali Hai was a great resort. The gardens, pools, units are beautiful. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Quick to respond to needs. Our unit was dated and needs some updates, but clean and comfortable.

  Maintenance Issues and Pushy Staff

  Issues with the unit: Lamps - mildew and dust (below eye level) TVs - dusty all over Remote - covered in grime/dirty Lint trap - broken; lint got all over laundry Maintenance crew blew detritis all over lanai Trash - at entrance and outside lanai, never cleaned in over a week Random plastic bracelet - found in couch Hair in bathroom upon arrival Blinds - dirty/dusty/grimey Blind over kitchen window was crooked/falling apart Cabinets - food marks on lower cabinets Dishwasher - doesn't clean dishes, cycled for longer than listed time Sliding bathroom door - shredding at bottom, dropping paint and wood chips when slid - Heavily dirty baseboards in bathroom and entry way not - Couch and living room chairs were not swept under The pools were alright and the location was decent. The staff was pushy and rude to the owner who booked the property about using vacation time for allegedly important meetings. Leave your guests alone to enjoy vacation. Would not recommend owning and was not impressed by this property.

  Great condo and resort

  Had a great view of garden waterfall. Loved the pools. Very nice staff. Great location. Nice RCI review and reward of two for onegolf at beautiful golf course.

  Great place, only draw back is location little inconvenient

  Bali Hai is a great place for family to stay. We had great time for one week, Units are very large and clean. Staff is friendly. Great pools, Ping pong and other games to keep family engaged. You can rent pool gear and bicycles that helped. Location is on north side of island, so far from Airport and all other shopping location. If you are going to beaches on north side, this is perfect. If you need to go south side you should be prepared for 45 minutes to 1 hour drive each way. No close by good restaurants.

  🌺 Paradise with Some Hiccups

  We had a pretty good stay overall at Club Wyndham Bali Hai Villas in Princeville, Kauai. The location is lovely, perched in lush tropical surroundings with great views and plenty of activities to keep you busy. The resort features spacious villa-style accommodations with full kitchens and lanai space, two outdoor pools, hot tubs, BBQ areas, fitness facilities, tennis/pickleball courts, and organized resort activities that made the stay fun and engaging. There’s a relaxed, family-friendly vibe that works really well if you’re planning a mixed itinerary of relaxation and island exploring. What We Loved • Activities & Amenities: There were plenty of things to do on-site — from pool time and grills for meals, to island-themed classes and games — adding lots of variety to our days. For example we made Hawaiian Christmas ornaments, keychain, and made Ti leaf leis • Spacious Villas: The condo units are generous with full kitchens and living areas, which was perfect for relaxing between adventures. • Friendly Feel & Grounds: The tropical landscaping and layout created a pleasant atmosphere, and the grounds are well maintained. Where It Fell Short • Check-In & Housekeeping: Our room wasn’t fully cleaned on arrival, which was frustrating, though the team did address the issue once we reported it. • Maintenance Issues: A few minor maintenance fixes were needed in our room, but the staff handled them promptly once we mentioned them. The beds are really soft and not very comfortable for your back. • General Notes from Other Guests: Some guests note that housekeeping isn’t daily by default and that pests (like ants or occasional cockroaches) can appear if food is left out, which seems to be common in island environments.  • Extra Fees: There may be daily resort or optional fees (e.g., for air conditioning) that can add up during your stay. We had an extra charge of $400 Canadian when we Let me finish it then they should be here any second checked out. Overall While not perfect, Bali Hai delivered a largely positive experience with lots to do and a relaxed, family-oriented vibe. The few bumps — like the initial cleaning oversight and minor room issues — were resolved reasonably quickly, and the resort’s setting and amenities helped make our Kauai vacation memorable.
