Time share scammers. Beware of Alexis, Brooke, or Sheree. They will lie about giving you free access to. Brest to just pay for it if you want it. We declined it but they competed ours for VIP treatment with no obligations...then charged us. Totally bizarre and deceptive actions. Should result in class action. Another review on Yelp "escalated" the review and gave an email but never responded after we requested a response. BUYER BEWARE!!

Bali Hai cancelled on us last minute
They cancelled on us the day of our reservation. They lied and said it was due to maintenance issues, but the representative from Club Wyndham admitted it was because of overbooking. I was on the phone for hours with Club Wyndham reps, who offered us noncomprable rooms—in other towns. There was one hopeful breakthrough when they found a comprable room in their sister property in the same town, so we relaxed and started driving toward or destination. Then someone from the sister property called and said it was an error, there was no room for us. “No inventory actually available.” So, even though we booked months in advance, paid, and had the usual confirmations and check in emails, we were stuck in tourist high season, trying to find lodging the evening we were supposed to be hanging out at Bali Hai. If you like gambling, it’d be a great spot! Pack up your family and get them excited, then spin the wheel and see if the reservation is “actually” a reservation. It was super frustrating.

From start to finish my experience with this property was fantastic. The unit was clean, well equipped, spacious and lovely. The staff was responsive and helpful and the grounds were beautiful. My party and I enjoyed ourselves immensely, we will be back

Wonderful experience
We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit. The entire staff was very attentive to every request, even after we returned home. The grounds were beautiful and very well kept. The facilities were well maintained. Truly a wonderful experience.

Nice December trip to Kuaui via RCI
Our family of four enjoyed 6 days at the Wyndham Bali Hai Resort. Both bedrooms were fully equipped with basic bedding, and the living room and kitchen were nicely stocked and clean. The property was lovely and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful as needed. It was good to see the local food trucks, although a common breakfast was not to be found there. Thankfully a nearby grocery store was available. My husband complained about the early morning roosters crowing, but they've been on this island for some decades. Overall we enjoyed our time at this property.
