    Improvements

    Consider offering a food option of some sort. Apply maintenance to the amenities that are offered to the guest. In particular one of the saunas did not work properly. The pool was very small , also it wouldn't hurt to add a jacuzzi. A airport shuttle would be a great thing to add for your guests.Repair the change machine so the guest can use the massage chairs.

    Great Early Winter Getaway

    Clean, great service and great staff. The rooms were updated since I my last visit in 2015. Amenities, parks and the beach are all within a 5 to 10 min walk in Waikiki from the hotel. There was always availaiblity in the laundry room. The fitness room was small though very well equipped. The staff were friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Tip: If you drive a motorcycle, valet parking is free though tip your valet.

    Great place

    Nice and clean ! Staff was wonderful and helpful. Bryan , Moana and pecoky were the best among staff . Easy check in and had made most comfortable check out they have grills , pools and very nice and center of attraction neighborhood. Quiet neighborhood. Walkable distance from everything . We love this place

    Superb customer service

    Upon arrival the staff were very helpful. Every question or request was answered and granted. This was located not too far from most of the places we had prearranged. The concierge was helpful and understanding when we declined taking a tour. Our studio was nice, but a little tight from what we're use to. We made the best of it.

    Beautiful property....

    I like the property . Very elegant and I like the fact that each room has a balcony. Only minus was that it was not oceanside. Although it's a short walk to the beach.
