  First long haul holiday with a 7 month old

  Just home from a 8 night stay at Coco Palm. Travelled with my husband and 7 month old daughter. The hotel is very well ran, facilities are clean and the staff are all brilliant. Special thanks to Sam and her team in the restaurant, who were so kind of our baby daughter. Food at the hotel was great. The pool areas is kept clean and we never struggled to get a sunbed. 5 minute walk from the beach and good restaurants. There is noise at night from surrounding areas if staying in a pool view room, if this bothers you then take a garden view room.

  Fabulous, can't wait to come back! 5 star all the way!

  What can we say?! Just an amazing stay at Coco Palm, so good we didn't want to leave and stayed longer than planned! Thank you to all the wonderfull staff for their kindness in sorting out a small problem which was nothing to do with them. You could not have done more. We loved everything about Coco Palm, would highly reccomend to all and top of our list for visiting St Lucia again, we would not go anywhere else. Everyone was so caring and kind, a big happy family which we felt part of, nothing was too much trouble, day or night. We really felt valued, not necessarily the treatment you would get at a large hotel chain.

  Perfect start to Honeymoon

  We loved staying here, it was a great start to our honeymoon - the staff went the extra mile for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the bed was really comfy - perfect after a long flight! We had breakfast which was delicious, with some lovely Caribbean options included. Pool was clean and not too busy, but the hotel is also 5 mins from the beach. Highly recommend!

  Never again Creole

  Cocoa Creole is garbage. They should never collect money for this. As a matter of fact, I would stay there if they paid me to do so. The floors are rotten as in you feel like the wood will lift up an anytime or your foot will go through and you will end up on the first floor fast. When you get out of the tiny bathroom, there is a high wall to step over . If you are not careful you will fall on your face maybe. The noise coming from outside is incredibly unbearable. Cheap open air clubs with both the clubs and cars playing the loudest music I ever heard throughout the night. No one does anything about it. A very sketchy crowd too. Schifoso!!!! It’s like the club is in your room every night. You won’t be able to sleep unless you are a person who can sleep in a war zone. It was horrific! Never again. Not unless they bulldoze this place and renovate with sound proof windows. You are better off sleeping in a tent on the beach and I am not a camper but I would do that instead if I had to choose. Coco Palm seems to be ok but I didn’t stay. I just wanted out of that area because sound travels. Someone told me don’t take a garden room at Coco palm because if the club music doesn’t come to my room, dogs are barking from private homes. I also met a relative of the owner who was despicable . I asked her about an issue and she said with a sour ugly face I have so much money that I don’t care what people think. I can do whatever I want. What a wretch. So much bad energy in that place. I could not leave there fast enough.

  A home from home

  When planning a holiday, particularly over Christmas, there are many factors that can influence where to stay - the location, the weather, the food, trips & tours … All of these can be measured easily and shared with others, through photos, videos, conversations etc. What is very difficult to define is HOW a holiday makes you feel; having stayed at Coco Palm in January, it was a very easy decision to book for a Christmas break for 4 of us and it didn’t disappoint. The entire staff at Coco Palm make you feel like you are part of a family, their warmth and friendliness making you feel relaxed from the moment you walk into reception. Of course the other factors are important - the location is great (next to Reduit beach), the food is fabulous and the opportunity to go out and explore or simply relax by the pool are your choice. Deb and I absolutely love this place and are already planning another stay in 2026; we would wholeheartedly recommend Coco Palm to anyone who visits St Lucia
