Enjoyable stay at Cocos
My husband & I had a great time celebrating my 60th birthday at Cocos! The staff was always smiling & very nice to us. The food was good quality with a few different choices at every meal & if you were a little extra hungry you could ask your server for a bigger portion. Drinks were decent also & at the beach bar they would have a special drink of the day. It's very relaxing at the resort with clear, beautiful water & clean, pleasant walkable beaches. Cocos is built on a cliff, so there is plenty of walking up/down hills & stairs. I just had a TKR 6 months b4 our trip & I was fine with it all as long as I just took my time. Plus I knew what I was getting into b4 hand bc I did all my research. I just chalked it up to my daily exercise. We always enjoy Antigua! Can't wait to return.

Beautiful Beach Getaway
We had a very pleasant stay. The rooms weren’t fancy but seemed clean. The toiletries provided were amazing, sadly the resort doesn’t sell them. The views and tropical atmosphere were great. We loved the open air dining and the beaches were exactly what we were looking for. The service was good overall, though the staff in the restaurants weren’t as friendly as we're used to back home. Polite but not necessarily warm. A few people really made our stay special though. Nakesha at the Jolly Beach bar was so pleasant and friendly and made great drinks! Loreen at the main bar was such a sweetheart and made me special smoothies without milk each day. Food was good and they took my dietary restrictions seriously and were very accommodating. There were a few days that meals came out undercooked but overall they were great. Desserts were amazing and the selection of fresh fish each day was so nice to experience. We really appreciated the specially decorated table and complementary champagne at dinner for our anniversary. Having a few more beach loungers on the beach under more umbrellas would improve the beach experience. Also, some loungers and umbrellas need to be repaired and they could all use some new paint. The whole resort could use a bit of a refresh, but its rustic feel does have some charm. The mattresses on the beds in the cottages need to be replaced. They are very uncomfortable. The outdoor showers were fun and having a lovely view while having a shower was so cool! You can snorkel around the resort but the water is often murky, so if snorkeling is really your thing you’d probably want to go on an excursion. We had a lot of bags, so having a private transfer to and from the airport was very helpful. Money saving tip: If you’re going to spend all day at the beach or out of your room then there really is no need to stay in an expensive cottage. Even the cheaper ones still have a nice view. We had a sunset view cottage (no pool) but our sunset view was blocked by a palm tree. That’s ok though because there were amazing sunset views to be seen from both beaches, and we preferred that anyway. Next time we’ll stay in the cheaper cottages if they’re available as the bay view/garden and pool view is still nice and we’ll be at the beach all day anyway! Highly recommend this resort for a couples getaway!

My Favorite Vacation I Have Ever Taken!
Our Honeymoon at Cocos was my favorite trip / experience I have ever had. We loved the location and beaches. Loved our Bayview Pool Cottage #4. Loved the restaurant and beach bars, and every meal and drink every day was amazing with the rotating menus and specials. The staff was incredible - special shout out to Amaiah at the front desk, Kerry Ann who served our very special private beach dinner and made our experience wonderful, and all of the wait staff and bartenders. Visiting Antigua for the first time, we were blown away by the beauty of the island. But what made our stay so special was the fact that we stayed at Cocos - a perfect dream of a place to stay - private, intimate, comfortable, incredible food and drink experience, and the staff and live entertainment every night was wonderful. The laid back style of the resort really makes for such a perfect vacation experience in my opinion. We still felt pampered and well taken care of, and our room was very comfortable with cleaning and restocks of the mini bar everyday. But staying at a smaller more laid back resort of this style just made for something extra special that we have not yet experienced. Can't wait to come back again soon.

Incredible honeymoon trip!
We stayed for 8 nights for our honeymoon. We were traveling during the events with Venezuela when the Caribbean airspace was shut down and we had to delay our trip - the management at Cocos was incredibly accommodating with frequently changing travel plans. The food is absolutely incredible and we felt the portions were perfect. The rooms are simple but perfect, we loved our plunge pool. The beaches are beautiful, definitely take out a kayak! The staff are all very kind and wonderful and get to know you personally. We cannot wait to return someday!
